Keep in mind that the ring itself is not particularly stretchy or flexible which means that it won’t fit comfortably on people with girthier penis shafts. For the steep price, I would have liked if the band was either more stretchy or the product was available in several sizes.

Like all LELO products, the LELO Tor 2 is an extremely well-made device, but that doesn’t mean it’s without faults. For starters, although it’s significantly more powerful than the previous model, it’s still not the most powerful vibrating cock ring out there! The vibrations are deep and rumbly but definitely more mild. If strong vibrations are what you’re after then it will surely deliver, but you won’t be able to localize the vibrations which is somewhat disappointing.
Also, the silicone is completely smooth. For clitoral stimulation during sex, a lot of people enjoy the sensation of slight texture for grinding. The silicone used will keep the ring firmly in place but doesn’t stretch as much as some other products. This limits the use to those with an average/below average penis circumference. Overall, the toy itself performs very well (especially in regards to its rumbly vibration feel and high quality) but falls a bit short in the design department. At nearly $150, I don’t recommend getting this unless you know you would enjoy the firm vibrator and gentle rumbles AND have a penis that will fit it snugly!
