In fact, that’s the exact reason why I’ve selected them as the best beginner candles! With a low melting point of only 122 degrees, the risk of seriously hurting yourself while using these candles is minimal at best.
However, it would appear that the wick used for these candles has been matched to this low temperature.
As such, while these candles will melt, the process isn’t a quick one. This makes these candles a poor choice for more experienced users who want wax that melts quickly for intense use.

Chosen as my “cheapest” pick from all the BDSM candles, these candles provide an amazing value for the money. Made using high-quality materials, it would seem that the affordable pricing results from the design itself.
That’s not necessarily a bad thing though. After all, bondage candles are meant to be melted. Even if they had a fancy design, it wouldn’t look very good for long!
These candles are long and black. Lacking any type of glass holder, you should be prepared to get your hands a little dirty if the wax starts dripping.
Still, for the price, I don’t think it’s really worth complaining about. Sure, they may not be the best option out there, but they’ll definitely get the job done (without breaking the bank!).

These BDSM candles didn’t get a category win because there’s nothing particularly special about them: they’re simply good candles!
The long burn time means you can easily get multiple uses out of each candle, and you’ll probably get to enjoy some of the moisturizing effects of the paraffin wax in the meantime.
Although not quite as cheap as our most affordable option, they’re still a pretty cheap pick. Really, the only thing that lets them down is a lack of color options.
Offered in black and violet, neither option is particularly vibrant. While the violet is certainly a bit brighter than the black, it’s still a rather subtle color.
