I have a few safety tips to make using your chain flogger easier. It’s pretty important that you take heed of my points if you want to have safe fun as well as good fun!
- Firstly, you need to make sure you and your partner know what to expect. Chain floggers aren’t like normal leather floggers, and they will cause a lot more pain. It can be a good kind of pain, but it can easily stray into the wrong kind of pain!
- Once you get going, you need to start off gently and work your way up. You don’t want to jump in at the deep end and start dishing out the most extreme and brutal of flogs. You have to walk before you can run!
- My final and probably most important point is to know when enough is enough, and if you or your partner want to stop, then you STOP! It’s all about communication, and listening to your partner is one of the most essential things that you can do!
How to Make a Chain Flogger
If you want to make a chain flogger at home, then you can do! All you need are several longer lengths of ball chain, some hot glue, and some fabric!
- Snip the lengths of ball chain so you have many different pieces that are all pretty much the same length. 12 – 15 inches is ideal.
- Hold all the lengths of ball-chain so they all dangle at the same length. Use some hot glue to glue several inches of one end together in a handle-like fashion.
- You can take a strip of some fabric and hot glue it around the handle that you made, just to make it extra comfortable in your hand.
As you can see, it’s a pretty rudimentary chain flogger, but it gets the job done, and can easily be done from the comfort of your own home. Have fun!

It looks fantastic, it can be easily wielded, and the metal beaded falls feel wonderfully extreme when hit or even just brushed against your body. It also has a reassuring weight to it too, which makes it feel extremely nice to hold. I’ll admit that some may find it to be a little too extreme, and not everyone is going to enjoy the PVC handle, preferring something that is of a higher quality. Also, you need to ensure that it doesn’t get too wet – an annoying aspect that could kind of ruin the experience a little, if you allow it to!

My verdict
The Kinklab Agent Noir Electrostim Neonwand Kit has literally everything you’d need to have electric fun. There are more attachments than you could shake a stick at, and they can all be stored discreetly away in a carry case. Of course, for me at least, the most exciting of these attachments is the metal flogger, which will really add some spark to the bedroom. The electrical component feels fantastic, and will no doubt leave you shaking and reeling – in a good way! My verdict
