As a realistic fisting dildo, the Bitch Fist is an excellent and visually appealing product! Although it’s not made from silicone (which would have been preferred), Doc Johnson has at least used phthalate-Free PVC for this dildo. Unfortunately, that means you won’t be able to sterilize it so you’ll have to make sure to clean it very thoroughly instead. However, this is where realism works against you, since the various textures, grooves, and crevices on this hand dildo can be somewhat challenging to clean completely. Still, this seems like a small price to pay for eight inches of fisting fun, so I’d still recommend this hand-shaped dildo (especially if you already own the Magic Hand!).

Arguably the best feature of this hand sex toy is the highly flexible PVC used to create it! Negatives first: it’s a porous material, which means that sterilizing it is impossible. Also, the PVC doesn’t look like real skin so it’s fairly easy to tell that it’s a toy, despite having fingernails and knuckle wrinkles for added realism. On the plus side, the PVC is extremely flexible, and this allows the toy to shape itself to whatever orifice you decide to shove it into. Unlike many jumbo size toys, this is one you might actually manage to fit entirely inside of you! The flared plug makes removal a breeze, although I probably wouldn’t recommend trying to use this toy for long-term wear.
