If we’re talking cool looking weighted ball accessories then the Dominix Deluxe Leather Testicle Weights are one of the best. Two weights are attached to the end of a leather strap which can be lassoed around your balls. Simply use the press studs to get it to your size. It dangles and looks good, but it’s not the most concealable toy or effective if you want to go out and about while wearing it. After all, the weights need to hang and dangle to be able to provide that weighted stretch to your balls.
