Our Rating System Explained
Here at Bedbible, we use a standardized rating system (the “Bedbible Rating system) when assessing new products. In the following I’ll give you my brief overview of what thigh strap on harness to to choose based on different criteria you might have.
The best for grinding
If you are looking for the best one for grinding purposes, I would choose one of the velcro option. Admittedly, none of the thigh strap ons really have a fantastic solution to providing a smooth surface at the harness base itself. But, I do like either of the Sportsheets thigh dildo harnesses the best.
Dildo sizes
The best one for small dildos is the Test Winner from Sportsheets as that has the smallest o-ring (1.25 inches in diameter). If you are looking for one good for big/thick dildos, I would go for the Sportsheets Ultra Thigh Strap-On as that has a 1.75 inch o-ring diameter. You can also go for the one with the suction cup base, as no dildo thickness is essentially to big (you only have to make sure the suction cup base diameter is smaller than 3.4 inches.
Plus-size thigh harnesses
If you are looking for a harness that would fit a plus-size thigh you should go for the Sportsheets Ultra or the Dual as both can be adjusted to fit a 32 inch thigh. Please be aware that if you choose the Bondage Boutique Leg Strap-On Harness it can only be adjusted to fit up to 20 inches.

The thing to be aware of, however, is that the angle of the two o-rings is very flat. Since both will be sitting flush with your thigh, you may prefer to use a curved dildo in the anal o-ring to allow for the angle of your body. Two straight dildos might be quite difficult to ride simultaneously!
