The biggest drawback I can see to this metal glans ring is that the size is just too big for many, and if there isn’t a snug fit, it can slide around or slip off.
I think it’s a real shame because, apart from the sizing issues, this is a great glans ring at a reasonable price! That being said, I would only recommend this to those with a thicker shaft.
