I suffer from vulvodynia which makes any form of penetration painful for me, and as a result of this my pelvic floor muscles are tenser than they should be, which adds yet another layer of pain to penetration. Therefore, I am also interested in anything that can make sex more comfortable for me, so that I can just enjoy myself more, either on my own or with a partner.
