My Verdict
If you are looking for a simple yet fun way to spice up your sex life, this is one way to do it! I was nervous to try this clitoral balm at first, some other stimulating balms have had almost a burning effect. I will say that this one got warm, but once we started in on the fun part, it was such an amazing feeling. I love clitoral stimulation during sex, and this was so much easier than trying to keep a toy there while playing.

The Bijoux Indiscrets Bad Day Killer Clitoral Balm is a pretty straightforward product — some balm in a cute little tin. I found that its best used during sex. I tried it with a toy and did not enjoy the sensation as much. The balm has a slight scent of anise, but it's not overly scented, which I like as it can be too much sometimes. I would prefer a different scent than anise personally. As soon as you put the product on you can feel it working by creating a warming, tingling effect. My best advice is to get to playing right after putting the balm on. I found that's how you get the best results.

Spicy Time
I was very skeptical of trying to use this clit balm. I have used products in the past that would get so warm they are almost hot with a burning sensation. I was nervous when I felt it warming up as soon as I rubbed it on. However, that quickly changed when I learned what it could do.Different Ways to Play
I first tried to use this balm with a sex toy. It was very intense and I just did not enjoy it as much as I was hoping. I tried using a clitoral toy thinking that would pair well with the balm. I think it was just too much stimulation for me. So, I tried using it during sex instead — LIFE CHANGING! I, no we, had an amazing time using it together. It made every good feeling more intense but in the very best way.Design
The design is super simple. A cloudy white balm in a small tin. I like that it doesn't have a strong scent. There are also no dyes left on the skin after use which is great. The best part is that I don't feel any sticky residue after use either. It is just all pleasure. This is my new go-to when I need to spice things up just a bit.
Ease of Use
This is super easy to use. Just take a little bit out of the tin and rub it on clitoral area. It starts working immediately after. Then you do whatever you want after. Like I said I love the feel of it during sex, but you may enjoy it during toy play as well. I would not suggest just leaving it on and not doing anything with it. I found doing that seems to increase the warmth sensation. I found that I became very uncomfortable.
Quality
The quality of this product is great. It is comfortable and effective. When I get low, I intend to refill and get more. I have not found many balms, lotions, or gels that I actually enjoy. I finally have one I can count on. What's nice is that it doesn't really seem to affect my partner when we play either.
Price
I will say for the amount you get it is a little bit on the more expensive side. But I do think its worth it. A little bit also goes a long way which helps. There is so many positives to this that I do not even mind paying a little bit more for it. Like I said before I will be using this again and again. I get a little excited when hubby asks, "do you want to use the stuff".
Performance
I prefer to use it with partner, that's not to say that you can't use it with solo play or with a toy. I just found that I had too much clitoral stimulation for my liking. With that being said it works really well! The results are immediate and don't last all night making me uncomfortable. I can have my fun and be comfortable after. What more could you ask for?
Packaging
The packaging is slim and simple. It explains the product well including how to use so you can see what you are getting into before you purchase. Who couldn't refuse such an eye-catching phrase as "bad day killer" either?! It catches your eye but at the same time explains well. There's not a huge box with the little product in there either which is nice to see.
Materials and care
The balm comes in its own little tin. It is so easy to throw in my drawer and I know it won't get squished or anything. Have you ever packed away some lotion and when you go to unpack you find a gooey mess all over your stuff? This won't happen with this balm. I suppose you could potentially crush the tin, but you would have to be doing something with it you really shouldn't. Its light and easy to pack away.
