My verdict
It should be fairly obvious why the Tit Tuggers won the “Extreme” mention: they’re intense! By themselves, clover clamps can already be too much for those with less experience in nipple play.
However, by adding a tugging effect on top of the intense pinch of a clover clamp, the Tit Tuggers manage to make things much more intense with only a tiny change.
In my opinion, these are priced way too high. While it’s true that they offer a unique design, the additional parts don’t add $100 worth of metal to the item. Not to mention that the metal itself is nickel-plated!

To open the clamps, simply squeeze the sides of the clamp to force it open. Position your nipple inside of the clamps and gradually let go. The clamp will tighten on your nipple, staying in place.
