The two clamps are connected by a very sexy silver chain that has eight spikes hanging from them. These spikes add just enough extra weight to give a pleasurable pulling sensation on the nipples. Personal Experience
Simple Toy, Simple Use
The best part of nipple clamps, they are insanely user friendly. Seriously just open the package and place one clamp on each nipple for stimulation. To tight? Then twist the screw on each clamp to loosen them until you have the right amount of pressure for your pain tolerance.Not-So Obvious Uses
The one thing that sets this pair of clamps apart from the others is that the chain offers a variety of ways to play. Let gravity make the chain itself pull the nipples down. Not enough pull? Hang something heavier from the chain for that extra tug. Going to have your partner on their back. Put the clamps in the freezer for a little bit and chill them to the core with temperature play. Or, simply poke them over and over with the spikes.Design
The Design for these clamps is really nice. The metal chain can withstand me pulling on it with my hands so if used properly they should be near indestructible. They also give a very luxurious BDSM aesthetic to your playtime with the spikes. Unfortunately it does have one flaw, the chained should be slightly longer. I found that the chain was just short and would pull off if the breast were to go opposite each other.
Ease of Use
I cannot stress it enough, nipple clamps are the easiest bedroom accessory to use. The only way i see someone having a problem with these is if they struggle with gripping small objects as the screw to adjust the fit is fairly small.
Quality
The Fetish Fantasy Rock Hard Nipple Clamps feel really well made as I could not get one chain link to break with all my strength. The chain can be fairly noisy if you are trying to be really quiet but no where near the loudest toy in the bedroom.
Price
For $23 these are a really good buy. They are very durable, add a BDSM feel to your scene, and look very elegant as well. They even come with a backup set of rubber protectors on the back of the clamps.
Performance
Performance wise they did what they are supposed to do, pinched the nipple. The screws are nicely fit into place making adjusting easy. Only negative performance is the short chain which is really more of a hinderance on bigger people.

This is the way all sex toys should be packaged. A clear plastic container where you can see what you are getting and a brief description of the product on the back. No over selling with fake pictures. Added bonus for this toy is they showed the spikes in the packaging perfectly.

There are two types of material used with this product plastic and metal. That means that once you are done using them simply rinse under hot water with a mild soap and hang up to dry. The clamps are very light when in your hands but once clipped to your nipples and pulling the will feel heavy.
