Design

Compared to other, mechanical looking chastity devices, the Mancage is smooth and sleek! It has a locking area at the top of the cage so it's easy to access and there's a subtle curve to the design with small slits that don't only allow for the penis to breathe and for urination, but for it to be seen while it's soft inside. The ball splitter is nestled against the cage and there are very little places where there appears to be any risk of pinching or discomfort (my husband reviewed this product with me and mentioned there was no discomfort and no pinching or pulling). It is easy to clean and beautiful to behold! I was impressed, especially when placed against the uncomfortable looking counterparts.

Ease of Use

This is an incredible easy to use product. Once it's unlocked, you simply slide your flaccid penis into the silicone cock cage, then use the ball splitter to spread your balls on either side of the split. You will comfortably nestle inside as long as you are the appropriate size (45 mm to 60mm wide, 4.5 inches length) and then it can easily be locked around you with the lock that it comes with (2 keys are included). You can find the Mancage Model 19 from Shots Toys for just under $60. This is the average price for a good silicone sex toy and considering the niche versatility of this particular product, I found that to be quite affordable. It's something that is meant for long-term wear so you might expect it to be a bit more expensive. In the end, I felt that this was right in the middle of the average prices for cock cages and for something body-safe and comfortable? Very much worth the price.

Performance

I tried this with my husband and we found that the performance was impeccable. In our minds, we wondered how an erection could be stopped and how the cage might actually assist with that for long-term orgasm control. But it fit comfortably, was easily able to lock (and not something that can easily be broken). The ball splitter did assist with preventing erections and the cage was comfortable. It was something that someone could indeed wear for days on end and be able to comfortably urinate and sleep with. Packaging

The packaging for this was quite basic. But there's no real need to store the cock cage inside unless you want to keep it with the keys until it's ready to be used. Materials and care

The Mancage is made of body-safe silicone and nonporous polycarbonate so it can be easily cleaned with a mild soap and warm water, or your favorite toy cleaner. I recommend a toy cleaner as this is a product that will be worn for a longer period of time - so there is more chance of bacteria lingering along the product. Be sure to wash this before and after use, and to rinse when wearing in the shower or bath.

Special feature

This cock cage is much like the others in many ways. One of the only things that I felt was a downside was the lack of app control. Depending only on the keys and ensuring that they were not lost so the person could be freed if the keys were lost. Of course, it can be broken, but no one wants to break their beloved toy! That being said, I was pleased with the material compared to many others and my husband found it to be much more comfortable than others we had reviewed. If it was able to be locked and unlocked from an app it would have been the best overall! But still a winner in our book.
