Design

As a size queen I love all things fisting related, and this plug is masterfully detailed, but it creeped me out. When I first got the toy everything was fine, I saw how life like and detailed the toy was and was amazed at how much detail the people at Hankeys’ Toys put into it, I thought it was super cool. I had it sitting on my shelf and occasionally I would walk past it in the middle of the night or in low light while my bran was on auto pilot and suddenly freak out thinking there was a severed human hand sitting on my shelf. In that split second of time I would think I have Thing from the Addams Family staring at me, until my brain realizes it’s the Handyman Plug. I love all the detail and effort that went into this design, but I really wish I didn’t get it in flesh color.

Ease of Use

Right off the bat because of its irregular shape and large size the Handyman plug is obviously not an easy toy to use. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who isn’t experienced in anal play. When it comes to actually using the toy I think the ease of use is largely going to be decided by what firmness you choose. I went with the 75% soft firmness which is my normal go to for Hankeys Toys and I think it made insertion much more tricky than it should have been. For me the length of the plug meant it was too long to use while on my back as I couldn’t reach, but too short to use while kneeling as I wasn’t flexible enough to get my butt all the way to the ground. In the end I had to have the plug resting on a bench while my legs were fully on the ground and lower myself onto it. The other issue was that due to the firmness I chose, the finger tips and the wrist of the plug were really bendy and liked to buckle under my weight. this made insertion tricky.

Quality

Not sure how many more times I can say this, but the quality for any Hankeys’ Toys dildo or plug is always top notch. All of their toys are hand crafted out of 100% platinum grade silicone and can be used with any reputable lube. If that's not good quality, then I don't know what is.

Price

At $150 for this size of a fisting plug that’s made of high grade silicone that can be used with any type of lube, the Handyman Plug is well priced in my opinion. It’s a lot of toy for your buck and it will last a long while if taken care of.

Performance

Even though it’s no replacement for the real thing, and using the plug was tricky at best, it was still a really satisfying toy to use once I got the hang of it. Also the sensation it made once I got past the knuckles and bottomed out on the plug almost made my legs give out from under me, so make of that what you will.

Packaging

I know, I know I say this every time I review a toy from Hankeys’, but would it kill them to throw in some decent packaging? Hankeys’ Toys idea of packaging is to vacuum seal the dildo in plastic wrap and call it a day. For the amount of money one pays for their toys, you’d think they’d put more effort into keeping the toys from getting damaged while shipping, or at least throw in a cheap satin carrying bag for these guys. It’s next to impossible to find ones that actually fit these huge dildo.

Materials and care

As with all dildos and plugs from Hankeys’ Toys, the Handyman is made of 100% platinum grade silicone which means it is body safe, non porous, and can be used with any lube. I’ve tested it with water based lube and coconut oil and have had zero issue. As far as cleaning goes, the Handyman is able to be sterilized and can be cleaned using warm soapy water.
