My Verdict
The breeder 4.0 an open tip penis sleeve, giving you a fatter, textured shaft with an exposed head to give the user different type of feel during sex. The sleeve is a very stretchy silicone and gives a very tight fit. Using lube will allow you to get this sleeve on more easily, but may cause the sleeve to slide down more during use. Once in place, the sleeve also acts like a cock ring around the base and fits tight around the balls sack adding more sensations to the wearer.

Personal Experience
This is not the first time I have used a cock sleeve and will say, they do add a lot of fun to your pleasure and your partner’s pleasure, but sadly it was a different experience with this sleeve. I had issues from the get go. Now I would say I’m an average size male, not small nor big, but I am slightly wider. When I started to try this on, I found it quite difficult to get in place and uncomfortable. It has a good amount of stretch, but is quite tight. Also even if you only use a small amount of lube to help this, it creates another problem the sleeve tends to slide down your shaft. On top of that, and to be honest it didn’t really give me or my wife any new sensations or feelings, we just found it kept sliding back down. One plus was that as it fits around the base of my cock and balls its like having a cock ring on and did help keep me harder for longer.
Design
The sleeve looks very small, but because of the material used, its super stretchy and will fit most men. If you can get it to fit correctly then it will work. Unfortunately, using lube to put it made it very difficult to keep in place. I think it doesn't look particularly luxurious and actually looks a little cheap. Sadly, the design definitely didn’t work for me and my wife.

It definitely didn’t live up to what i was hoping for. It was not easy to put on and didn’t really do what I thought it would.
