Personal Experience
I have used other penis pumps and each one had a different way of working. This pump is a straightforward pump that you slide yourself into and use the slide at the top to pump away. Once you reach your desired level of pressure/suction you can easily leave it in place for as long as you wish. Using the pump was great and gave wonderful results without any issues. My wife fully took charge at one point adding to the enjoyment the fun, with regular and long periods of use it definitely adds a lot of new sensations and excitement to play time.

The all in one design works great with the pump mechanism at the top making it easy to use and hold in place. It's made from hard plastic making it look and feel more luxurious. The clear cylinder also means you can watch as you get bigger with each pump. The silicone seal on the base works but could be slightly thicker adding more comfort to the user.
