SEDoll Kiko 151 Sex Doll Review

Personal Experience

Despite not owning a penis myself, I’ve reviewed quite a few full-sized sex dolls over the years—Starpery Wayne, Starpery Hedy, Lusandy Belle to name a few. Kiko stood out in some ways, but didn’t quite hit the same level of realism and quality.

Size & Proportions

The biggest drawback for me was the size. Kiko is very petite, and pairing that with large E-cup breasts just threw off the proportions in a way that felt a bit awkward to me. It’s definitely a stylized look that’s clearly leaning into fantasy and anime aesthetics. However, I personally feel like such a short and petite frame borders on problematic. There’s a meaningful distinction between a petite sex doll and one that resembles an actual child. Sure, this body type may be a very popular choice given the lightweight frame that still offers large breasts and buttocks. Although, my personal concern is that a doll like this may aid in normalizing (and sexualizing) what I perceive to be a childlike body type with disproportionately large breasts. This may not be an issue for most consumers, but for those wanting anatomical realism, this might be a sticking point.

Design Elements

The war paint ties into her Alita-inspired design, which is cool in theory. But without the outfit and accessories from the promo photos, it just ends up looking like a makeup smudge. You can recreate that full look yourself by buying a costume, but out of the box, it felt a little mismatched.

The vulva and anus are also pretty basic in terms of design—less skin texture and detail than some of the higher-end dolls I’ve reviewed. But again, this version didn’t come with body makeup, which makes a noticeable difference in realism. If you’re into the idea of a more lifelike finish, choosing a model with body makeup (or STPE material) would make a big difference.

Toe Talk

Let’s talk toes. Honestly? They freaked me out a bit. Since this doll is made from a single mold, SE hasn’t been able to add toe articulation to their TPE line yet. That means her toes just… flop. They wiggle around kind of comically when you move her legs. It’s not the biggest issue in the world, but it does break the illusion a bit if you’re looking for full realism.

Some Highlights

Not everything disappointed. Her orifices are surprisingly tight and stimulating. I noticed the anal canal had more texture compared to the vaginal one—so while not hyper-realistic, it does offer a nice variety of sensation.
She’s also really easy to carry. Compared to some of the bulkier dolls I’ve reviewed, I didn’t struggle to get her into different positions or store her away.

Her breasts, while a bit mismatched to the rest of her build, are actually super soft and very nice for breast play. So props there!

Bottom line: if you’re on a budget but want more than a basic or inflatable doll, Kiko could be worth a shot. Just keep your expectations realistic—you’re saving money, but you’re also trading off a bit of lifelike detail.

Design

From a distance, Kiko looks pretty solid. But when you get up close, you’ll start to notice some of the missing fine details—like minimal folds around the vulva, slightly off makeup, and less defined features overall. The eyelashes and brows, for example, didn’t look super natural. Still, if you’re more into fantasy or stylized aesthetics, she does deliver on that front.

Ease of Use

This is where Kiko shines. Because she’s so light, she’s much easier to move and reposition than most full-size dolls I’ve dealt with. The new-style finger joints are also easier to pose without feeling too fragile. Her standing feet and fixed structure make her more stable overall.

Quality

There were quite a few noticeable seams, especially along the side of her torso and the sides of her legs, and the wig felt a bit basic. But again, knowing this was a warehouse configuration helps explain some of those rough edges. SE’s TPE is designed to balance softness and durability—so while it’s not as plush as STPE, it’s also less prone to tearing, which matters if you’re using her frequently. Again, from afar it could pass as a realistic sex doll but up close it wasn't as convincing.

Price

At around $1300, this is a very fair price for what you’re getting. Kiko offers more than just the basics, and if you’re not ready to throw $3k+ at a hyper-realistic model, she’s a nice middle ground. She doesn’t feel cheap, just more streamlined than some of the premium picks out there.

Performance

Performance-wise, Kiko does the job. All three orifices are usable, and they each offer a slightly different texture and tightness. Her anal canal was the most stimulating, in my opinion. And her soft breasts were surprisingly great for breast play. They’re squishy and round and just the right size for that kind of fun. One thing I noticed: during oral, the facial structure shifts quite a bit. Her nose flattens, and her eyes kind of bulge with every thrust. It’s a little cartoonish, but from what I’ve seen, this is common with TPE doll heads that don’t have reinforced facial structures.

Packaging

The packaging was probably the most impressive aspect of receiving the SEDoll Kiko. Initially, I was impressed because it seemed more luxurious compared to the packaging from other sex doll brands that I've encountered. Well, the packaging itself is always just a cardboard box with protective foam. But the included accessories were seemingly more luxurious. The blanket she came with was soft and fluffy, the accessories are all stored in a velvet-y storage bag, and she even comes with an official certificate of authenticity. There's also a manual with basic information about how the internal skeleton moves and should be operated. To me, this makes the packaging stand out!

Materials and care

The SEDoll Kiko came with a bunch of accessories for styling, cleaning, and storing the doll. Included was a set of lingerie, a wig, a comb, gloves, silicone feet, a warming rod, a drying stick, and a douche for cleaning. The instructions for use and cleaning are explaining in the included user manual. After use, you need to flush out the used orifices with warm water and a mild soap using the douche. Then the drying stick can be inserted to absorb the remaining moisture. The canals need to be completely dry before putting the doll away for storage in her factory position (lying down on her back in the box). If you do want to display Kiko at all times, be sure to move her around into a different positions every week to avoid the material deteriorating in certain areas. She must also not be in a seated position for too long.
