My Verdict
Svakom is an international manufacturer of sex toys and adult products. I have previously tried their disposable sleeves and the Alex Neo 2, so I was excited to try another of their premium offerings. The Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro is an automatic masturbator designed around media-connected play. This stroker is controlled by a phone app and can sync with music or or other media, and can also be controlled at a distance by another user over the internet. The Sam Neo 2 is designed to replicate a blow job, and it has a soft TPE sleeve which vibrates and provides suction. The toy can be disassembled for easy cleaning and care. I am happy with the quality and functionality of the toy — it's easy and pleasurable to use.

Personal Experience
First Impressions
I really liked the packaging — the silver, white and black color scheme is quite classy. I charged this masturbator before first use and I was pleased to find that it uses a standard USB charger. The sleeve also appeared to have a nice stimulating texture. I liked that the charge indicator shows the current battery level, and I was also impressed with how easily it connected with the Svakom app.Performance
The difference between the original Sam Neo 2 and the Pro version, which I received, is the addition of a heating function. I have never tried a toy with a warming feature previously. Beforehand, I felt it was somewhat unnecessary, but after trying it, I really enjoyed it! The suction function, too, is strong but not overstimulating, though the motor that generates the suction is a bit loud. The vibrations are great and add pleasant level of additional stimulation. Adjusting the intensity is easy to control with the app making edging easy and giving me a lot of control over orgasms. Clean up after use is relatively easy, but the sleeve does take a while to dry. There is a control button at the base of the toy and USB-C charging ports on the sides of the toy and the cap. The plastic is a dark navy blue and the sleeve is bright white.
Ease of Use
The Svakom Sam Neo 2 is relatively easy to use. The toy itself only has a single control button and is primarily controlled via the Svakom app. The toy connect seamlessly via Bluetooth to the app — connecting it was significantly easier than app-controlled toys from other brands I've tried. The app has preset patterns, live control, distance control and can connect with music and videos. The toy is easy to use despite its large size because the toy does all of the work — you don't have to grip it or move it yourself. The toy is also relatively easy to clean after use.
Quality
The Sam Neo 2 Pro seems to be well-designed and well-made. It has a powerful motor and good battery life, and connects easily to the app, which smaller toys that have tiny Bluetooth antennas sometimes struggle with. It has been totally reliable so far, and I expect it will hold up to a few years of use. It uses a standard USB-C cable for charging, which I greatly prefer over proprietary chargers. The quality of this toy is at the level I would expect for a product in its price range.
Price
The Svakom Sam Neo 2 costs $140, which is in the mid-range for automatic male toys. The toy works great and appears to be high-quality. The packaging is excellent and the effortless app connection and sensations made using the it feel like a premium experience. I think the Sam is a great investment if you think that you'll make use of all its features!
Performance
Overall, the Svakom Sam Neo 2 lived up to my expectations — it feels excellent! The vibrations are almost silent but the suction is rather loud, as there is a whir of the motor as it builds up pressure, then a pop as the pressure releases.

The packaging is quite stylish. It has a cover sleeve that is white with black text and metallic silver accents. There is an image of the toy and a world map highlighting the Svakom Sam Neo 2's distance play features, and text describing the toy's features. Inside the cover is a white box with the Svakom logo in silver, and inside the box there is a padded cutout for the toy.
Materials and care
The body of the toy is made from hard plastic, likely ABS. The sleeve is thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). TPE is material often used in sleeves because of its stretchiness and soft texture. The sleeve is removable for cleaning. The sleeve has a closed end to increase suction and prevent fluids from entering the toy's internals, the sleeve is stretchy and easy to clean despite the closed end.
