Why I Chose It

I picked out the Tantus Inner Band Trainer as the Test Winner because it’s a great quality anal gaping toy. It’s comfortable to use and, according to our tester, Devon, “unlike most butt plugs, it doesn’t have any annoying pops upon insertion. It has a continuous girth that is perfect for holding the outer sphincter and inner band open simultaneously for a balanced full stretch.” 

This simple design with a tapered tip and straight tubular shaft may seem almost too simple but that’s the beauty of it. Not only will it leave your hole gaping and open after using it for a while, it will warm you up for bigger or longer anal toys for depth play. The length and diameter makes it “the perfect tool for stretching both the Anal sphincter and the Puborectalis muscle” which is more commonly known as the inner band.

The quality of the Tantus Inner Band Trainer “is top notch – 5 stars for sure. […] It is a perfect stiffness of excellent 100% Ultra-Premium soft silicone. Soft and stiff at the same time, not floppy.” A lot of large anal toys like this are often made of PVC (including some of the items on this list) which is a porous material. For complete peace of mind in terms hygiene and a more long-lasting product in general, silicone is a much better option.

Why I Chose It

The Titanmen Master Tool No.4 is a girthy butt plug that offers a little extra stimulation with its beaded design. This gradually increasing girth with the smooth transition between the beads is designed to slowly stretch you out.

Our tester, Sierra, “found insertion of this large butt plug to be quite easy. The top of the toy is very smooth and not much larger than the tips of two fingers (depending on the size of your fingers, of course)”. Going through each bead does take some patience and lube, but, luckily, “the wide, flared base of the toy allows you to use your whole hand to push on it which makes insertion relatively easy if playing solo”. 

While you can the plug as you go about your day, Sierra did wish it was a tad shorter since “it was hitting in the wrong spot for me” while walking and sitting.

As far as the quality goes, it’s pretty decent. I’m not a fan of PVC toys but non-porous materials are safer to use for anal play rather than vaginal penetration. Although, they are difficult to keep completely clean. To keep things sanitary, you can always use it with a condom.

Why I Chose It

The Oxy Ass Anchor Expanding Butt Plug is another great option for achieving some gorgeous anal gaping. The flexible silicone ‘petals’ can be pushed together while inserted and automatically ‘blooms’ once placed inside the anus. Leaving it in for a while as well the act of pulling it out while expanded can help the sphincter stretch out nicely.

Our tester, Felicia, did find that insertion is difficult to tackle alone. It’s quite tricky to hold the plug together while it’s all lubed up. Especially since the tip is a lot more rounded than tapered. That said, Felicia “loved the feel of the plug once it was in, and expanded; it gave a fulfilled, yet empty sensation.”

The large base is comfortable and keeps the plug securely in place. Another great feature is the ‘peep hole’ at the bottom. Apparently, “the hole in the bottom made it so that there was a bit of a “breeze” coming up the tunnel. This was a wild sensation for me, and definitely shivered my timbers!”

The only minor con that came up during this review was that it was a bit difficult to clean in between each ‘petal’ but otherwise, the silicone itself makes it pretty easy to submerge in water and sterilize. “It also collects dust fairly quickly so storing it away in a silk bag or in a hidden chest somewhere is ideal.”

The Oxy Extreme Anal Spreader is different type of anal gaping toy. This is a kind of anal speculum that expands and stretches your anus open as your tighten the screws. It gives a full view to your insides and leaves your hole gaping open afterwards.

This anal gaper is a toy that’s best left to those with a decent amount of experience under their belt. Fortunately, this anal expander is pretty easy to operate. The experience needed is mostly in regards to the stretch you’ll be experiencing with this device. Our tester, Sierra, noted that “for experienced anal players, at fully closed, the toy is easily inserted and the cool metal makes for an deliciously interesting sensation.”

While it doesn’t offer quite as “filling” of an experience as your traditional plug, it does offer a different experience which could be a welcomed change for advanced users. If you’re bored of other toys then it’s worth trying out, but if you also happen to have a medical fetish, then this is practically a must-have for your toy box! Even though Sierra was mostly pleased with the sensation from this anal gaper, “my only wish was that the prongs were longer to open up a little more inside me”.

She did struggle a bit with the rubber rings meant to stop the wingnuts from getting too close to the center. They often made it difficult to move the screws. Therefore, this is definitely kind of toy you want some help with using.

Devon also tested the Oxy Anal Slaughter Huge Butt Plug for us. This is one of the best cone dildos that we’ve tested here at Bedbible. Even though it’s made of porous PVC, it performs very well and is surprisingly easy to use! “It looked a bit intimidating at first but as soon as I sat down on it I was thinking “who is gonna slaughter who, challenge accepted”.

Cone dildos are great for experiencing a smooth, gradual stretch as you lower yourself down on it. This one offers some impressive girth along with that. “The fullness provides very pleasurable pressure internally to include the prostate. I grind and thrust to massage and stretch my sphincters and muscles within the pelvis.”

As far as the materials go. Devon actually preferred the PVC:

“Pure silicone toys I have tried are just not firm enough. Though it has some stiffness, the Anal Slaughter Huge Butt Plug has the right amount of flexibility to move with my body when thrusting against a solid surface such as the floor, yet enough stiffness to handle most of my body weight without collapsing.”

Last but certainly not least is this added feature of a strong suction cup base. According to Devon, it was one of the strongest ones he has tried. “I even left town for four days and upon return, this was right where I left it – on the wall and not easy to remove.”

Why I Chose It

Anal beads are also a great tool for achieving that gaping hole that’s ready for anything. In fact, they offer a lot more intensity compared to some of the other products in this review. With the Cannonballs Giant Silicone Anal Beads, each bead is a project. You get to enjoy the sensation of pushing three large beads in and pulling three large beads out for every insertion.

Our tester, Allen, actually found that they were way too big for his comfort and ended up giving it a lower score because of this. But, as he mentions in the review as well, I think they’re great for advanced anal adventurers who are looking for a project toy to work their way up to.

“It’s the largest toy I’ve ever tried to use as far as width goes. 2.4″ wide right from the get go with ZERO taper to help get things started. This toy was going to stretch me to my limits.”

The balls are also very rigid and have not give whatsoever. It took three separate tries and he even had to learn how to fist himself before successfully inserting the first bead. “Once they were in, they felt great, satisfyingly filling and not uncomfortable in any way. I was however only able to fit two of the three balls in me, the third was too long.”

Expected experience level aside, I really do think the Cannonballs Giant Silicone Anal Beads are a good quality item since they’re made of silicone. They’re very durable and last a lot longer than porous materials. Because of the sheer weight of these, Allen also noted that they could potentially be used for impact play as well. Of course, only on the meatier areas of the body and while exercising plenty of caution and consent!
