Why I Chose It
The Oxballs Honcho Size 3 definitely takes the cake as far as huge butt plugs go. This monstrosity was my top pick in this category because of the premium quality and amazing performance, according to our tester, Ben.
Even though he found that the tip was very blunt, “the give that the toy has lends to nearly effortless insertion, and it tapers nicely to the neck once you get past the swell of the thickest point. I like it, and I’ve worn it nearly daily for over a week!”.
The only main con I’d like to point out is that the base is slightly smaller than the largest point of the plug. This could mean that it’s at more risk of slipping into you completely. Ben did note that he wished the base was slightly bigger on this size of the Oxballs Honcho. However, he didn’t seem to have any problems with it:
“I moved around a whole bunch with it in for a whole workday. I even tried to suck the base in to see if I could MAKE it go in. It didn’t budge. […] It is for sure a keeper.”
Luckily, it seems like the lack of taper between the neck of the plug and the base helps keep it in place pretty well.

The unique curved, slightly asymmetrical design is made to tickle and tease the prostate. According to our tester, Tom, the “unusual shape makes the G-Spot Tickler makes it a winner.”
Since the widest part of the plug is asymmetrical it allows for a nice full feeling stretch, without it feeling too overwhelming. The body itself is also so tapered that it makes insertion easy for even less experienced users.
When taken all the way to the base, the tip is long enough to reach all the way up to the junction of the rectum and the sigmoid colon. For Tom “this is a wonderfully sensitive area, so the sensation was rather enjoyable.”

Components like the smooth texture, gradually expanding size, and pliability work very well together for pleasurable stretching sessions. What makes it stand out is the comfortable stiffness. Some people experience that silicone toys simply aren’t firm enough for this purpose.

Our tester, Sierra, was beyond impressed with the size, albeit slightly disappointed that she couldn’t take many pumps before it became overwhelming:
“I have a toy that is about the width of a soda can but this felt significantly bigger. Another slow squeeze…Oh. Em. Gee. And another – I moaned and whimpered involuntarily (a first for me).”
The Cock Locker Ace of Spades is advertised as having a 15″ circumference but can definitely be inflated well beyond that. Sierra pumped it all the way up to 19” in circumference (6.4” in diameter). So, beware, this plug is BIG. That’s also what makes it amazing for anal girth training.
Overall it’s a pretty decent quality item. Sierra found that the “The latex of the plug feels durable as does the rubber of the hose and the inflation bulb.”
A main drawback is that “there is absolutely no rigidity (in the deflated plug) which makes insertion tricky.” Ideally, it would have a bit more structure!

Why I Chose It
I wanted to include a huge anal toy that offered some vibrations and some less labor-intense pleasures. The B-Vibe Rimming Plug XL may not be the largest toy in this review, but it’s a premium quality vibrating butt plug that still offers an impressive size.
What makes the B-Vibe Rimming Plug XL stand out to me is, obviously, the “rimming” sensations it offers. The rotating beads in the textured neck of the plug are designed to mimic this sensation while sending strong vibrations from the body of the plug as well. Our tester, Tom, wouldn’t equate it to being rimmed, “but it was very nice, nonetheless. It had a gentle, massaging sensation that was very relaxing.”
In terms of design, the taper of the plug made insertion a breeze, and the difference in girth from the wide point to the neck “kept it snugly in place better than most plugs I’ve tried. I found it very comfortable to wear.”
Again, it’s not a huge toy, but it does give a moderate stretch, and a nice massaging sensation. Tom concluded that it was “a nice toy for a relaxing session. It provides sweet, gentle sensations around your anus, and great vibration further in. I think it’s great for foreplay.”
