I have made my way through a number of different shapes, textures and colors of a variety of dildos on my quest to find out what works for me. When I first saw the b-Vibe Slipskin Curvy Realistic Dildo, I thought it looked like most typical dildos on the market. Based on the sites pictures, it didn’t look like anything special and, in the past, I’ve preferred toys with more aesthetic candy-coloring or shimmery textures of the monster variety. Nonetheless, I felt like the shape of this toy would work well for me after eyeing the distinct head and curve of the shaft.

The b-Vibe Slipskin Curvy Dildo is incredibly high quality. The silicone is smooth and luxurious. I honestly don't think that I have ever felt silicone feel like this before. There are many intricate details that help make this dildo look and feel life like, which make it incomparable to other toys that try to make the same claim. The coloring and textured veins are hyper-realistic, as are the mechanics of the toy. The skin moves up and down the shaft independently, which let it be perfectly flexible while the base stays firm. The curve to the toy itself, as well as the defined head make it very easy to stroke your G-spot (or P-spot). It has happily taken up valuable real estate in my nightstand due to its ease of use and unique textures.

Ease of Use

The b-Vibe Slipskin Curvy is incredibly easy to use and is perfect for both novices and those who have an arsenal of toys in their bedside table. It's usable immediately out of the box as there are no batteries or charging needed. It's very realistic, so it's very intuitive to use. The only downside is that there is no suction cup so it can be tricky to keep in place, especially for those with mobility issues. You are able to easily affix the Slipskin to a harness to combat that issue with some ingenuity if you have one available.

Quality

The Slipskin is made of high quality, premium silicone. It moves smoothly over the sturdy core of the toy, akin to the skin on a real shaft. It's the most anatomically correct sex toy I've ever seen, let alone could imagine. It's coloring is incredibly realistic, with the veins having a slight bluish hue as well as tiny little rippling you would see on human skin.

Price

This is definitely one of the pricier dildos I own. It's also one of the highest quality dildos that I own, so I feel as though it's worth the cost. It's an investment, but with the premium silicone and storage bag, you can ensure that the b-Vibe Slipskin Curvy Realistic Dildo lasts for the long haul.

Performance

The Slipskin was very easy to use solo and surpassed its claims to be as realistic as it gets. The b-Vibe site says that this is pressure reactive silicone and this is the first time I've tried out that technology, leaving me very impressed. I did not get a chance yet to use this toy with my partner, but I think that using it with a harness would be seamless.

Packaging

The packaging is the only thing that doesn't match the vibe of the toy. It looks a little too in your face and cluttered for the elegance of the toy. It is very informative, detailing everything that's in box and the specifications as well. It's very bold, with a very large image of the Slipskin on the front, so it's not the most discreet of packages.

Materials and care

The premium silicone on the b-Vibe Slipskin Curvy Realistic Dildo is body-safe and non-porous. It's recommended to use water-based lube with this toy to avoid negative reactions with the silicone. The Slipskin is waterproof, which makes it easy to clean with anti-bacterial soap and warm water. To ensure that it lasts long term, it also comes with a storage bag so that it doesn't come in contact with other silicone toys and doesn't pick up dirt or lint while being stored.
