Calexotics They-Ology Wearable Anal Training Set Review
My Verdict
This set is great for beginners to train for anal play. However, the biggest one is not even the same width or length of the average penis, so more training would possibly be needed before attempting. The plugs themselves are not very "wearable" because they don't have a flare around the shaft, so they have a tendency to come out. It's possible to get around this by wearing tight underwear. They are comprised of smooth silicone, and should be used with non-lubricated condoms if using any. The smallest plug width could be compared to the width of a pencil. I believe they should have started out bigger than this, but I am not a beginner to anal play and this may be fine for someone who is.

Personal Experience
Overall, this anal training kit was enjoyable to use. We are not beginners to anal play, so we skipped over the first 3 in the set. The first one we tried came out easily, so we moved to the biggest size, to try to add more girth and tension to be able to keep it in longer. That being said, the biggest plug is not big enough, either in width or length, to compare to an average penis size or even a regular-sized dildo. We struggled with keeping these toys in because the shaft doesn’t taper down before the base, as you would normally find on a wearable plug. It is advertised as wearable, but we found this to be near impossible. You can wear these under clothing, but unless that clothing and/or underwear is a tighter fit, they will come out pretty easily. For anyone who is not a beginner, I believe this set is inadequate. The pictures online are misleading and I thought we wouldn’t be able to get through the set when I saw the pictures. But, when I opened the box, I noticed these were indeed smaller than I thought they were. This is mostly my own fault because I didn’t read the descriptions closely enough to realize that the dimensions of each plug were not what I thought they would be.
Comfort
The They-Ology set is very comfortable. The plugs slid in easily, weren’t too long or too big for comfort, and the t-bars on the base were comfortable for sitting on. They also put suitable pressure on the prostate for my husband. But, again, we are not beginners. Beginners should try the first of the set to build up to their progression level they are comfortable with.Clean-Up
All of the plugs are smaller than a standard condom would be. You can use a non-lubricated condom with water-based lube, but you would have to wrap the condom around the plug. We used a condom and found that even the last two were well short of the length and girth of a standard condom, and the condom completely enclosed the plug, including the t-bar base. Of course, you can use these without condoms as they are body-safe silicone and will clean up easily with toy cleaner, or gentle soap and water.Design
These look and feel very nice. They are made of smooth, body-safe silicone. There are no openings for bullets. The design does not work for us personally because of the straight shaft. If it was flared like a standard plug, it would be more wearable.
Ease of Use
These are very easy to use. They would be great for a beginner because the first size is very thin, like a pencil. This should be comfortable for anyone looking to get into anal play, or anal training. I took points off because of the fact that they are not wearable while naked. You can wear them under clothing, with some success, depending on how tight the clothes are. They may still pop out though.
Quality
These are of good quality. They do not feel cheap. They are also pretty sturdy to allow insertion. But also slightly flexible. The base does have t-bars and it's flat on the bottom to allow for sitting on it throughout the day. These aren't the highest quality, but they are good for the cost of the set.
Price
I believe this kit is worth the money, provided this is what you are looking for. Read the specifications carefully, and determine if the kit is right for you. You get the magnetic storage box, the foam insert, and the 5 plugs. There are some instructions in the box as well.
Performance
I don't believe this set lived up to our expectations. The pictures on the website are very misleading, and make them look bigger than they are. I thought these would be bigger, but I realize I didn't check the exact dimensions of the plugs as well as I should have before ordering. I was expecting to have to build up, at least a little bit, to the biggest one. That was not the case for us. These are not even the size of an average penis, or dildo. We also expected them to be wearable, as advertised. They are not. At least not without something to hold them in place, such as tight-fitting underwear, and even that may not help much.
Packaging
The packaging itself was not discreet at all. There are pictures of each of the plugs on the back. But, the box is very nice, and has foam inserts in it to keep the plugs in place. There is also a magnetic lid on the box to keep it closed.
Materials and care
These are made from body-safe, non-porous silicone. They are waterproof and are very easy to clean. You can use condoms with them, but carefully because the condom will be much bigger than the toy itself, and non-lubricated condoms should be used so the silicone isn't damaged. You can use the original box they come in to store them because it has the foam inserts for each plug, and the magnetic lid.
