My Verdict
I'm trying very hard to find some positives in this toy and coming up short. This is yet another combination toy that just does not live up to the standard of either thing it's trying to do. Out of all the combination toys I've reviewed, I fear this may be the worst of the bunch. Calling this toy a "wand" is extremely generous. It's a wand only in shape. Regarding the suction, I am almost positive the creators of this toy have never tried a suction toy before. I will try my hardest to give this an honest review and highlight any positives I can find but it will certainly be a struggle. The rainbow light on this toy is very cute and fun, however, this product is all looks no substance for a price point that is simply too high for that.

About The Evolved Rainbow Sucker Suction Wand Vibrator
This is a combination wand (though I debate this label later on in the review) and suction toy. It's a palm sized silicone vibrator with a suction feature on the head.

Personal Experience
I’m going to review each of the two intended functions. Typically, with these combination toys I review how the two features compliment each other and can be used together, however, you’ll see below why I don’t have much to say about that.
“Wand”
I simply can’t classify this as a wand despite what the product description says. The toy is 6.38″… hardly anywhere near wand size. I suppose they’re classifying it as one due to the shape. However, it’s one solid vibrator, unlike the traditional wands that offer a separate attachment for the head which provide that classic intense vibration we’ve all come to know and love. It functions more like a typical vibrator, and a weak one at that. The vibration it offers is weak and buzzy. I’d compare it to a novelty vibrator you buy at a place like Spencer’s. I did manage to orgasm using this, though I’d give my partner the credit for putting in the work to make up for the poor vibration performance. Another feature advertised is the diamond texture on the wand. The texture is so barely there it offers nothing to the experience.Suction
If you’re familiar with any of the classic suction toys like the Satisfyer or the Rose, you’ll know they offer multiple speeds of pulsating air/suction that replicates the feeling of oral sex. This toy offers 3 speeds of vacuum like suction that simply suck your clit in and don’t let go. Given the static nature of the suction, I did not experience any satisfaction from it. Following the initial suction in, it really felt like… nothing. When you click the button to increase the intensity, it just sucks it in harder. I did not find this pleasurable. There are 2 settings that offer a more traditional pulsing sensation, however it just sucks and releases (vs the pulsation push/pull of other suction toys). These pulsing modes were also extremely weak and offered very little stimulation. I did try the suction for nipple use, which wasn’t bad, but I still prefer my other suction toy to do that job as the variation of suction keeps the stimulation going.Rainbow Light
This was the only feature that worked as advertised. The rainbow light is fun. It’s multicolored, rave like lights gave my partner and myself a good laugh and provided a few minutes of entertainment. If this were a cheap novelty toy that cost under $20 that might matter. But, for it to be the only effective feature on a toy that cost over $100 is surprising to say the least.Design
The weird thing about this toy is that, materials wise, it's well made. The soft silicone feels nice. It has a nice look with it's neutral color and diamond texture on the handle. The rainbow light is bright, colorful, and changes when you change the settings (so fun!). However, the toy is very much looks over substance. When factoring the materials and construction, I understand the price point. However, I could not justify buying this for that price given how poorly it performs.
Ease of Use
Use of this toy is pretty straight forward. One button controls vibration, one controls suction. They can be used separately or together. When using the suction function, the buttons face down. While not ideal placement, they're still easy to access. The
Quality
The materials on this toy feel high quality. The silicone is soft. The toy feels sturdy and durable. The lights are bright and colorful. It performed consistently each time I used it, with no structural or manufacturing issues. It is loud. The vibration is middle of the road in terms of how loud it is. Not quiet but not so loud you'd hear it through your whole house. The suction was extremely loud and robotic sounding.
Price
For the price of this toy, you could buy a wand and suction toy separately for the same price if you shop smart. I am a bargain shopper, so I bought my Satisfyer Pro 2 for half price during a sale. And the beloved Rose Toy is significantly cheaper than this. I personally own the Satisfyer Pro 2 and find that it has more powerful and a significantly wider variety of suction intensities. Given this does not preform like a wand, you're better off buying one of the alternatives as they offer vibration function as well. The price of this toy is comparable to other wands, but the performance is so much worse. If you're interested in a wand, you could buy the Magic Wand or many others, better wands for similar price if you're willing to sacrifice the dual function.
Performance
I do not feel this lived up to the advertisement of being a wand. Calling this textured is also a stretch. It did work as a vibrator and offered a suction function. As mentioned earlier in this review, I did not find either of those settings to feel particularly good. It was loud. I found the suction to be uncomfortable and think others who are more sensitive may even find it painful. Charging speed and time were average.
Packaging
The toy came packaged in a simple white cardboard box with a large image of the toy on it with a 1 sheet instruction page. Typically, I find toys of this price point come in much higher quality packaging with an instruction book and some sort of extras. This offered none of that. The instruction manual was a 1 sided small page that offered simply the basic use instructions.
Materials and care
The silicon feels high quality and the toy has a nice weight to it for a small toy. It is splash proof only. There is a small separated space between the silicone and the LED light surrounding the suction. This could not be easily cleaned with hands and soap and water. It required something small like a soft bristle brush to clean.
