Personal Experience

Having never tried a glass dildo before, I was excited to try something so heavy, hard, and pleasing on the eyes. My high expectations might’ve shot me in the foot, however, because this dildo ranks pretty low on my list of favorite toys.

I won't lie, the Drive Me Crazy Glass Dildo looks expensive. Beautiful, crystal clear glass with a solid, weighty frame. One bulbous tip dips down a bumpy, curved shaft, meeting a double headed base, making it look like a piece of glass art. As for the curvature, it isn't going to fit every body, that's for certain. The entire toy is one unbending shaft, so you have to hope it will hit all the right spots, inside and out. While I enjoy it for external stimulation and the solidness feels great internally, it didn't come close to my g-spot.

Ease of Use

If grip is a concern for you, this is not the dildo with your name on it. Once things get slippery, it get's pretty hard to keep a hold of, regardless of which end you're holding onto. And this is not a light toy, let me tell you. This guy is packing major weight. It isn't great for more than easy going anal play either, seeing as how there's no flared base to keep you safe.

Quality

The Fifty Shades of Grey Drive Me Crazy Glass Dildo has a delicious weight to it. You pick it up and you know it's going to give you all the unbending pressure you ever wanted. Apply a bit of any lube you prefer and this toy will slip, slide, rub, thrust, warm, or cool anywhere you want it to. I have a feeling it'll outlast many of my other toys by sheer power of glassy strength.

Price

Glass dildos, especially those made with high quality glass that can be warmed or cooled, cost anywhere between $15 to $150. The Drive Me Crazy Glass Dildo slides in around $40, depending on where you're searching it up to buy. Not bad, especially since it comes with a simple and sturdy black storage box and a silky black storage pouch.

Performance

While the two heads do offer a difference in sensation and the glass gives a pleasurable pressure for thrusting, not much else lives up to the hype. The curvature isn't enough to hit most g-spots. The textured bumps can't be felt internally, only externally. And the size isn't much to write home about. Not to mention, keeping a grip isn't always the easiest thing with this toy. It does have temperature play going for it though.

I love a good storage box. I love a good storage pouch. If you know me, I get irked by toys that come without either and swoon at the sight of one, lovingly packed inside the delivery box. Imagine my joy upon finding that the Drive Me Crazy Glass Dildo comes with both a storage box and bag! Black, elegant in their simplicity, and sturdy, both are on my list of keepers. And that's saying something, considering my standards. The original box it all comes inside is black and silver with again, simple and straightforward labeling and pictures. All in all, it's a win for the packaging and extras!

Materials and care

The Fifty Shades of Grey Drive Me Crazy Glass Dildo is made of borosilicate glass, a waterproof, body safe, warming, cooling, and crack resistant type of glass. A word of caution, this dildo is pretty heavy for those used to lightweight silicone dildos or even vibrators. It's easy to clean, with no grooves or holes for anything to get stuck inside. Simply clean it with warm water and soap or your favorite toy cleaner, and dry it before storing.
