My Verdict

If Goldilocks Had a Flogger
When I unboxed the Fifty Shades of Grey Bound to You Flogger I was pleasantly surprised by the size and feel of it. It was a bit bigger than I had expected but not too big. At the same time, it seemed pretty lightweight! The faux leather isn’t quite as flexible and heavy as real leather, and they had temporarily taken on the shape they had been packaged in. Since there aren’t that many falls on the flogger, it isn’t particularly thick. Those falls are also pretty slim. This makes for a flogger that actually delivers a more stingy sensation upon impact than a thuddy one. When I first ordered the flogger, I was definitely expecting something thicker that delivered some thuddy yet firm lashings. Although, I’m actually not disappointed! I didn’t know that I was going to like the sting so much! Testing out the flogger on myself, I quickly got the feeling that this little tool would be a bit more intimidating to me than I had initially expected. To me, that was kind of a good thing… A new addition to my collection that can actually make my inner sub shake at the knees a little bit. Again the falls are pretty slim (just about 0.2 inches or 0.5 cm in width) and this really plays a part in the stingy feeling the impact has. Although the flogger isn't "too" thin or flimsy. It looks pretty big and sturdy, but feels a bit more light-weight.
