My Verdict
Even with two orgasms each time I used it, I found the Fleshlight Butt Mia Malkova Boss Level Texture to be somewhat underwhelming. Here’s why: first, there was the tunnel, which wasn’t as intense as I was expecting it to be given all the hype surrounding it. I still gave it a very high 90/100 score on 'Ease of Use', indicating the texture intensity. It felt smooth; I didn’t feel the textures and twists as much as expected, and as the Boss Level Texture is touted for. It did look indredible, which is why I gave it a 95/100 score on 'Design'. It looks so clean and comes so close to the real thing! But, going back to downsides, there was the noise. Between the end cap and the ring holding the sleeve in place, this was easily the noisiest Fleshlight I’ve used. I think it is because it is by far the tightest! I measured the tightness and ranked all my 50+ Fleshlights - the Mia Malkova Anal Fleshlight measured to the highest score of 100/100 on tightness. Overall, I feel that the Fleshlight Butt Mia Malkova Boss Level Texture’s qualaties by far overshadow its small faults´(that I also find other Fleshlights to have).

I rated the Mia Malkova Anal sleeve on 3 main areas. First, on the looks of the outside mold, listed as 'Design' in the rating-card. I gave it a 95/100 score on how great it looked. Second, on how intense I found the texture, listed as 'Ease of Use'. I gave it a 95/100 score on texture intensity. Lastly, I measured the tightness of the sleeve by filling it with water, and measuring how much water fit inside. The sleeve could ONLY contain 0.8 ounces of water, which is over half an ounce less than the second tightest sleeve making it by far the tightest sleeve I own of the 50+ Fleshlights I own. This gave it a 100/100 rating on 'Quality' on the rating-card which indicated the objectively measured tightness.

It has a small curve almost like a snake, with droplets all the way through. For those reasons I gave it a 90/100 rating on 'Ease of Use', indicating that the Boss Level texture is very intense but not the most intense Fleshlight texture I've tried.
Quality
I rated the Mia Malkova Anal Fleshlight Boss Level Sleeve on 'quality' which indicates the tightness of the sleeve, by measuring it objectively. I measured it by plugging the bottom of the sleeve and filling it with water. I then measured the weight of the water to 0.8 ounces which is the lowest I measured of any Fleshlight I've tested. And, I've now tested 50+ different Fleshlights, plus a whole lot more from other brands. This gave it a score of 100/100.
Price
The Fleshlight Butt Mia Malkova Boss Level Texture is, in my opinion, priced higher than the quality and the experience you are getting. Between the noise and the quality issues, I feel that at the $80 price point, you should (and rightfully so) expect a toy that doesn’t have a tendency to fall apart during use.
Performance
The design is where I have some serious issues with the Fleshlight Butt Mia Malkova Boss Level Texture. Those issues are threefold. First is the noise, which itself is twofold. The cap on the end which can be twisted to various degrees to create differing levels of suction tends to rattle quite a bit unless screwed on tightly, which makes a significant amount of noise. Secondly, there is a ring at the opening of the case which holds the sleeve in place. During use, this ring tends to slide up and down about a quarter inch or a little less in conjunction with the movement of the sleeve, thereby creating a rather loud noise. The second issue also involves that same ring holding the sleeve in place, and that is that it can come out during use. In fact, the ring came out one time, causing the entire sleeve to fall out, in the middle of my using it. And lastly, the inner sleeve dries during use, requiring additional lube, which leads to leakage of the lube from the end cap, leading to a messy outer case during use. The Fleshlight Butt Mia Malkova Boss Level Texture is very straightforward and easy to use, and should present no issues for anyone with mobility issues. In fact, the case is pleasingly easy to hold; its thin case (above the entrance) is just the right thickness, and the grooves in it prevent slipping. There seems to have been a lot of thought behind the design of the case as far as to holding it during use. It should not be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.
Packaging
The box the Fleshlight Butt Mia Malkova Boss Level Texture comes in is sufficient, but nothing beyond that. I tore the lid in a couple places trying to open it. It does give you basic instructions on using the stroker, which is all you need, along with a great picture of Mia Malkova in sexy lingerie.
Materials and care
The Fleshlight Butt Mia Malkova Boss Level Texture is made of soft TPE and is therefore totally waterproof. To clean, remove the sleeve from the case and run warm water and soap or toy cleaner through the sleeve. Rinse off the case, lid, and end cap with soap and warm water. Allow the sleeve to dry prior to placing in the case. This may can take up to a day.
