I’ve tested 50+ Fleshlights as this point (alongside a ton of other strokes), and I can confidently say some are a lot tighter than others. In this curated top list I’ve taken the time to measure the actual tightness of ALL my Fleshlights and rank them on how tight each is and measured to be. A quick note: tightness doesn’t necessarily guarantee intense stimulation. Both the Stoya or Riley Reid Fleshlight are actually both pretty loose, but SUPER intense. Hence, I didn’t include them, but I DO recommend them for anyone looking for intense stimulation!

Why I Chose It
For each of my 50+ Fleshlights I rated them on three main areas.
First, the overall look and realism, where I gave the Mia Malkova a 95/100 score (on ‘Design’).
Second, the level of texture intensity, where I gave it a 90/100 score (on ‘Ease of Use’).
Last, I measured the level of tightness, and the Mia Malkova Fleshlight is the highest scoring vaginal stroker (thereby the tightest) of all the 50+ different Fleshlight sleeves I own.
I measured the tightness of each one by filling the inner canal with water and measuring how much that weighed. The water that fit inside the Mia Malkova Fleshlight weighed in at 1.3 ounces. The overall tightest (the Mia Malkova Anal sleeve) weighed in at 0.8 ounces, while the loosest sleeve weighed in at 3.3 ounces.
The tightness measurement converted into a 90/100 score for the Mia Malkova Fleshlight. And, I can testify to the score – it feels insanely tight!

Why I Chose It
Overall, I like the Autumn Falls Fleshlight a bit less than the Mia Malkova, at least in terms of how realistic it looks.
I did find the Cream Texture to be slightly more intense – I rated it 95/100, whereas I “only” rated the LvL Up texture a 90/100.
But, I will say that the difference in how tight each one is, is so minuscule that I can’t really feel the difference all that much.
When I measured the tightness I did it objectively by filling each canal with water and weighing how much water fit inside.
The difference was just 0.1 ounce. The Mia Malkova had space enough in the inner canal for 1.3 ounces, and the Autumn Falls for 1.4 ounces.
This gave it a score of 88/100 on tightness (listed in the rating card as ‘Quality’).

Why I Chose It
I’m not personally a very big fan of the Fleshlight STU, and also just let one of our tester, Jakob, do the testing of this one. Despite having crowned myself the king of Fleshlight reviews at Bedbible…
But, when I read Jakobs high praise of how tight the Fleshlight STU was, I quickly regretted my decision (and actually bought one that I have now).
Although it’s not as tight as the Mia Malkova, Autumn Falls or a few others, it is often priced $10-20 under the normal price of the others.
So, If I weren’t out to splurge, but wanted a cheaper Fleshlight that was still super tight, then I’d definitely go for the Fleshlight STU.
For me, though, having a realistic mold of an adult actress and that visual part of it is a large part of owning a Fleshlight, and I’m not sure I would wanna miss out on that to save a few bucks.

Why I Chose It
The Butt Fleshlight of Mia Malkova is the tightest Fleshlight I have ever tried (and it measured that way as well).
The only reason I didn’t pick it out as the test winner is because getting an anal Fleshlight is a very specific need/want I would suppose.
The Mia Malkova anal Fleshlight was an insane experience for me, having tested a lot of very tight Fleshlights I actually didn’t think they could be any tighter.
I measured the tightness by filling it with water, and I could only fit 0.8 ounces which is by far the lowest. The sleeve that came closest in terms of tightness is actually the Mia Malkova LvL Up sleeve (vaginal version).
One thing that made it feel even more tight is the fact that the internal canal isn’t straight but twisted in a way that made me hit the different walls all the time.

Why I Chose It
I wanted to feature this here as well, as I think it’s a great alternative if you’re looking for a Fleshlight-type stroker that isn’t necessarily from Fleshlight, but is still super tight.
The Kiiroo Feelstars series (as the FeelVictoria is a part of) does not have quite as long inner canals as Fleshlights. At least the section I could plug off to fill it with water. That does mean I couldn’t really compare my measure for tightness, but when I compare the tightness between all my Kiiroo Feelstars the Victoria June one is by far the tightest.
When I compare my 20+ Feelstars with the 50+ different Fleshlights I have I honestly can’t point to significant differences. During a blind test I was just barely able to identify the Feelstar sleeve – it’s slightly softer and less responsive in the material (the TPE blend used).

A note on how I measured tightness
So, having tested well over 50+ different Fleshlights and a whole lot of other strokers you can to some extent feel tightness differences between sleeve. But, when it comes down to really pinpointing the absolute tightest Fleshlight it is actually pretty hard.
So, I developed a simply yet effective technique to measure the level of tightness.
First, I’d plug the bottom of the Fleshlight I wanted to measure tightness on.
Second, I placed it on a kitchen scale that I reset.
Third, I filled the sleeve with water, and measured the weight of it. Which gave me an exact measure of how much room is available inside each sleeve – the lower the weight, the tighter the sleeve.

I took a tightness measure of 50+ Fleshlights and the weight of the water, together with the corresponding score can be found in the table below.
The tightest sleeve just containing 0.8 ounces of water, and the loosest (not on the list) able to contain 3.3 ounces of water.
The score is calculated as follows: 100 – (20 x weight) + (20 x 0.8) = Score

Different Types of Tight Fleshlight
Unfortunately, the “mouth” Fleshlight is no longer available. Nonetheless, you’ll have a few different options when selecting your next Fleshlight!

Different Types of Textures

All you need to do is take the fleshlight out of the plastic casing and grip it as tight as you need!
Or you can let your partner take the lead and let them control the tightness to squeeze the orgasm out of you!
With a rubber band
We all have rubber bands or hair ties lying around, so you might as well use them for something fun!
First, take the fleshlight sleeve out of the casing, then wrap it around with a plastic wrap to protect the material, and then tie 2-3 rubber bands along the shaft. And there you go, all nice and tight!
Want a tighter entrance?

What to Do if the Fleshlight Is Too Tight

Take it out of the casing
Sometimes taking the sleeve out of the plastic casing might make it feel less tight.
The casing is not only meant for more comfortable holding, but it also makes the sleeve more confined.
Use much more lube
Fleshlight needs a lot of lube to feel pleasurable.
Just like entering a dry vagina feels very uncomfortable for both partners, the more lube you apply, the better it feels, so lube it up generously and give it another shot.
Break it till you make it
If none of the tips worked, you could stretch it with a dildo slightly bigger than your penis.
Apply some lube so you won’t damage any of the toys, and try breaking it down.
