My Verdict
There are men who will enjoy this toy, just look at many of the reviews online! However, I, unfortunately, was not one of them. I found it uncomfortably small, thought the vibrations were more numbing than pleasurable, and found it unable to get the job done. For those reasons, it was definitely not worth the price tag, for me personally. That said, it is an attractive toy with a great look, high-quality materials, and fun packaging.

My Experience With Fun Factory Cobra Libre II
I tried the Fun Factory Cobra Libre 5 times over several weeks. I wanted it to feel good, so when it didn’t, I assumed that it was me and not the toy. That led me to try multiple positions, with hands and without, different power levels, and techniques, but I found myself disappointed each time. In fact, my hand and body both started to feel numb within minutes, even at low levels, as the constant vibration on one spot was not pleasant for me. For me, getting off should be easy, and this toy could not deliver on that promise when I used it. There are also some practical things that I didn’t enjoy, like the fact that the size just didn’t really fit me correctly, and the silicone attracted a lot of dust.
Design
I found the Fun Factory Cobra Libre toy uncomfortable to use for two reasons. The first is that it is made of hard plastic. The inside of the toy is lined with a cushion but it is so thin it might as well not be there, quickly leading to soreness. There's a rubbery material on the outside meant to provide some stretch but it's so thick it barely has any give at all. The shape of the entry is the second problem. It's only 3" deep with a considerable curve that I found incredibly uncomfortable. This "just the tip" toy will be useless to anyone with any amount of girth larger than average. The Cobra Libre does look nice, with a space age design — I just wish as much effort was placed in the functionality of the design as to the aesthetic appeal.
Ease of Use
It is pretty easy to operate this vibe. The button controls are simple and well placed, and the charging cable is magnetic, which I always appreciate in a toy, although the magnets are not particularly strong. I found it unplugged easily when jostled. It is also narrow enough not to cause hand strain when used for a long time.
Quality
The Fun Factory Cobra Libre is very well made, with a good motor and a nice balance. Plus, it's waterproof. The manual says it lasts for 90 minutes on a charge which is excellent. However, I have a concern about the charging cable. Where the cable meets the head with the magnetic connectors, there is a wrapped portion of the cord that creates a stress point on the cable, right where it attaches to the charging head. Bending it reveals the wires beneath. Given this is not a standard charging cable, having the risk of breakage almost designed into it is poor quality in my opinion.
Price
The Fun Factory Cobra Libre II is pretty expensive compared to other male vibrators I've owned. If this was a toy that would get used a lot it could be worth the investment, but I can't see myself using it very much, so for me it would have been a total waste of money.
Performance
The Fun Factory Cobra Libre II has two motors which were strong and adjustable. However, I found this toy to be so uncomfortable that I couldn't get off. That, to me, is a bright red flag that the toy is no good. I tried 5 times on 5 separate occasions, but the design of it felt so poor that the performance they intended never materialized. Both my hand and other parts were numb within minutes. I was obviously very disappointed. One feature I did appreciate, however, was a travel lock. Press 2 of the buttons at the same time to lock it and a different combination to unlock it. This prevents it from going off in your luggage.
Packaging
The outer packaging is simple silver with a photo of the toy on the front. They made the photo actual size, which is great, but didn't write that on the package. It reads "Cobra Libre II Penis Vibrator", but, to me, a more accurate title would be "Penis Head Vibrator". The back does, however, mention this along with a list of the features. An interesting feature inside the outer sleeve is a pair of "Yes, No, Maybe" lists for couples to fill out and compare to find interesting ways to use the toy. The inner packaging is a simple gold box with the Fun Factory logo, and inside is a simple red pouch to hold the toy.
Materials and care
The Fun Factory Cobra Libre is made of hard ABS plastic and silicone. They look like they will last for a while and are not cheaply made. The toy is easy to wash out and is fully waterproof. Unfortunately, I have an issue with the silicone portion of the toy. You can see in my photos that it attracts dust, which I couldn't completely get off, even with intense washing. Areas that were clean were attracting dust within minutes. I've never had that happen with a toy before.
Special feature
The Cobra Libre is not a sleeve or a stroker, so don’t buy it thinking that it is. Expect to put it on and leave it on with only an inch or so of possible movement. This is really for people who get off on vibration over movement. If that is you, this could be the toy for you.
