My Verdict
The Fun Factory Diva Dolphin blew me out of the water. I wasn't expecting much, as this toy takes batteries, but I was pleasantly surprised by this sleek vibe and it's g-spot stimulating curves. Supremely supple, rumbly vibrations, and easy to use buttons make for a lovely experience. The Diva Dolphin is a waterproof vibrator that's great for softer, external build-up all the way to medium powerful internal vibrations, with multiple patterns to choose from.

Shaky Beginnings
If I’m being honest, upon reading the words, ‘requires batteries’ on this toy’s box, I was not impressed. But the Diva Dolphin quickly and thoroughly changed my mind. I am now in love with the ease of having a sex toy that uses batteries! I know, I know, a weird, almost backward thing to say in the realm of sex toys. But come on, when I’m ready to use a vibe and I instead have to wait for an hour and a half for it to charge, I’m not happy. Battery operated? The Diva Dolphin is also incredibly soft. It might literally be the softest-to-the-touch vibrator I own, which still shocks me. The curved tip feels great internally for g-spot stimulation and the body of the vibe is phenomenal for teasing in all the right erogenous zones. The only downside for me, is how gentle the highest vibration strength is when used internally. Overall, though, still loving and using this vibe.Design
The Fun Factory Diva Dolphin is simple, sleek, and feels amazing against your skin. The handle is easy to hold and the buttons easy to press, when things get slippery. Blue and pink are the two offered colors, with a silver-grey handle for both options. It feels solid and weighty but not too heavy in your hand and the overall quality is surprisingly luxurious for a battery powered vibrator. A word of caution, when buying a g-spot vibrator it's always good to keep in mind that all bodies are different. The curved tip reaches my g-spot but that might not be true for you.
Ease of Use
The Fun Factory Diva Dolphin is quite literally the definition of easy to use. Hold down the power button, then use the plus and minus buttons to cycle through the vibration patterns and strengths. The batteries are ridiculously easy to install and the handle seals solidly, once closed. Extremely beginner friendly, this Diva is also great for those who desire a toy that's incredibly simple to lube up and use for internal stimulation.
Quality
I have to admit, for a battery operated sex toy, I wasn't expecting the greatest quality. Again, I was happily proven wrong. The body-safe silicone feels much more expensive than it is and the battery inserting handle is something I'm not concerned I'll break. The entire toy is surprisingly durable. I will say, the vibrations don't go very hard. So if you're someone who needs a vibe to pack a punch, this might not be the one for you.
Price
At $90, The Fun Factory Diva Dolphin is bit a expensive, compared to the $20 to $120 options on the market. I would expect this vibe, hedging close to one-hundred dollars, to come with a pouch or storage box, an app option, or to be rechargeable. Perhaps a bigger vibe, with stronger vibrations, or some sort of extra or special capability. Do I love this toy? Yes. Do I use it all the time? Yes. But would I buy it as my only vibrator? Absolutely not. I'm not saying it's a particularly expensive sex toy. What I am saying, is for the price, I would expect a bit, well, more.
Performance
The Fun Factory Diva Dolphin doesn't heat up with use, which makes me happy. I hate it when that happens. It does however, run out of battery power fairly quickly, which means buying more batteries. It can last a good few hours before needing to change batteries but keep in mind, that cost will add up over time, as opposed to a one-time purchase of a USB rechargeable toy. The Diva Dolphin feels great though! It is silky smooth, slides inside with comforting ease, and the vibrations feel wonderful. It's also very quiet. Always a plus.
Packaging
It comes in a pretty flimsy cardboard box, with a wimpy information packet. Seriously. I had to look up online what material the toy is made of. That's definitely something the paper manual should have included. Also, did I mention, no storage pouch or box? All in all, the packaging is not the greatest.
Materials and care
As far as I can find online, The Fun Factory Diva Dolphin is made of body-safe silicone. The packaging and informational packet reads that it's made of body-safe material. I had to go searching for the silicone portion. Moving past that, it cleans easy with warm water and soap or your favorite sex toy cleaner. Simply dry it off and store in a pouch or box.
