My Verdict

Personal Experience
First Impressions
This was one of the cutest little toys I’ve ever seen, I had to have it! It looks and feels so feminine which I love, it’s so soft against my skin and the pink is gorgeous (and I’m not usually a pink kinda-girl). I usually go for rechargeable toys, but I really wanted to give this a go. I was worried after I first tried to use this as the buttons didn’t seem to work and it turned on instantly after putting the lid to the batteries on. After asking for help with it, Fun Factory (in a very kind way) told me I had inserted the batteries wrong which was causing the glitch *face palm*. After this, it was smooth sailing and lots of fun!Time to Play
I messed around with the different settings for a while and found a speed I was happy with on my clit. After this I decided to give it a go internally. The “wave” on the ocean is in the perfect place for stimulating my g spot which was amazing. I tried to combine clitoral and g spot stimulation with both waves which felt incredible. It took a little trial and error to get them both in the right place, but once I did I’ve really enjoyed it.Conclusion
Sadly for me, the Fun Factory Ocean just doesn’t have enough power behind it to get me to that big O, but I still really enjoy getting to play with it. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to try it anally at some point soon!Design
The Fun Factory Ocean is a stunning, very well-designed toy. The colour looks even better in person than in photos, and the silicone feels lovely and soft against my skin. The best part? The design is functional too! The "wave" at the tip stimulates the g spot or prostate and the second "wave" acts as a flared base for safe anal play or clitoral stimulation when used vaginally.
Ease of Use
I had a few issues with the battery compartment. I struggled to open it as the lid is quite small and curved so it's hard to grip and turn and I also struggle to get the lid to line up to get it back on. I also managed to put the batteries in the wrong way around (silly me) so as soon as the lid was on it would vibrate and the buttons wouldn't do anything. Once the batteries are (correctly) installed, it's simple to use the buttons to switch between the 6 patterns and speeds.
Quality
I had no doubt this toy was going to be good quality, as all Fun Factory toys seem to be! The Ocean looks and feels like a luxurious vibrator. It's slightly louder than some of my rechargeable toys, but quieter than my other battery-powered one.
Price
I can't believe the price of this toy. It is SO cheap for the quality of it, and even better value when you consider how versatile it is. If you fancy a little treat but don't have a big budget, this is for you!
Performance
The Fun Factory Ocean delivered in nearly every way. Sadly, the "powerful buzz" didn't have quite as much oomph as I would have liked. The vibrations still feel amazing, just not enough for me. It's pretty quiet for a battery toy and thankfully doesn't overheat!
Packaging
I absolutely love the packaging for all the Fun Factory toys. They are one of the only companies I've noticed that are 100% recyclable and don't have unnecessary plastic in there! The design of the box itself is lovely, the slight sheen on the box and the pink background looks great and makes the toy really pop on the front. It's not loud enough to stand out obviously in a recycling bag but still looks gorgeous. As always, a little game is included as well as fun ways to use.
Materials and care
The Ocean is made from 100% body-safe, super soft silicone and the toy is waterproof! It doesn't come with a storage box or bag but it's small and easy enough to find one that it fits in. It's a very lightweight toy, especially with no batteries in, but it still feels high quality. It's pretty easy to clean as long as you make sure you get all the grooves, I just make sure I clean it straight away with my favourite toy cleaner!
