My Verdict
I give the Hot Lover Vibrator a 4 out of 5 stars. It’s beautiful, feels wonderful against the body and the tapered shaft is extremely comfortable. The app is incredible and gives you limitless ways to use the vibrator. Best yet, everything on the app is 100% free! The only downside is that the shaft and clitoral stimulator don’t work independently unless you use the app. Fantastic vibrator for those who love tech, need a tapered shaft and like their toys warmed up – so post menopause, beginners, those in long-distance relationships, this is your vibe! Or, if you just love using tech, this is a great sex toy choice for you. I wouldn’t recommend the Satisfyer Hot Lover Vibrator to anyone wanting an analog vibrator as this one operates better with the app.

Using the Satisfyer Hot Lover
My personal experience with the Hot Lover Vibrator by Satisfyer is a bit of a roller coaster ride. I was happy, then not, then happy, followed by disappointment. I mean, I absolutely love Satisfyer products and the fact that they come with a 15-year warranty. Plus, they are always so well-made, pretty and have incredible features and functions. I must admit, this is the first time I have been disappointed, at all, with a Satisfyer product.
Excitement
I was extremely excited to order my first Satisfyer rabbit vibrator, as I have only tried their clitoral stimulators, so far. And when I found out this one featured heat, I couldn’t wait to try it. Straight out of the box, I was in love! It’s silky, has a beautiful finish and is accented with a rose gold band. I was a bit surprised that the shaft was so incredibly firm, but know from past experiences that the firmer, the better, when it comes to stimulating that G-spot. On the other hand, the clitoral stimulating nub was soft and flexible, perfect!Disappointment
My excitement soon waned when I turned the vibrator on. Immediately I learned that the shaft and the clitoral stimulator only worked simultaneously and not independently. Sure, there are plenty of speeds and patterns to choose from and the heating feels nice. But having to use both functions at the same time bummed me out. I even checked the instructions and it CLAIMS you can use them independently, but I tried everything and it doesn’t work without the app. So, if YOU have experience with this vibrator and can tell me how the heck to use the functions independently WITHOUT the app, please email me at edwina@bedbible.com. I loved the way the shaft actually tapered, rather than staying thicker, so it was extremely comfortable for me! I am post-menopausal and big toys cause too much stretching. Thus, it causes a lot of discomfort. However, the shape of the Hot Lover is great for women my age, beginners and those who have pelvic floor and vaginal opening dysfunction. My perspective on the design
The design of the Satisfyer Hot Lover vibrator is a bit different than most multi-function vibrators in that the shaft is more narrow at the bottom, making it much more comfortable. The wider top covers more g-spot territory and with the hard, silicone coated surface, you feel the vibrations much more intensely. Finally, the clitoral stimulator is a round, soft and flexible bulb-shape that carries vibration well and covers more surface space.
Was the Satisfyer Hot Lover easy to use?
This vibrator is pretty simple to use as each button – vibration and heat – operate with a long press followed by short presses to change speeds and patterns. Also, connecting to the Satisfyer app is easy. Download and open the app. Then, simply hold the on button for 4 seconds and you will feel a double vibrating pulse. The Hot Lover Vibrator will pop up on the app, you click that and are connected.
Quality Assessment
The Hot Lover by Satisfyer is made of ABS plastic and high-quality silicone with a pretty, rose gold band accent. This vibrator is sturdy, silky soft, and is shaped to fit the body with perfection. However, it is a bit loud, compared to other Satisfyer products, something that disappointed me immensely. But keep in mind, Satisfyer has a full 15-year warranty on all of their products, so they are made to last. Therefore, this multi-function vibe is well worth the investment.
The Satisfyer Hot Lover’s Price
For a Satisfyer product with their classic 15-year guarantee, the price makes this vibe well worth it. In addition, the Hot Lover Vibrator is priced a bit less than some of their other products. The price is mid-range and acceptable for a vibrator with multi-function capabilities, Bluetooth connectivity and heat.
Assessing the Performance of the Satisfyer Hot Lover
The Hot Lover Vibrator performs well with the easy-to-use buttons. It features an up and down option, so you don’t have to scroll through everything to get to your preferred setting. The heating feature is alright, I suppose. I’ve just never recoiled at room temperature sex toys. But it works well in getting the shaft nice and toasty. However, there is a downside to this vibrator. During analog, solo play, you must use both the shaft and clitoral stimulator at the same time as there are no individual operating buttons. Even though, their product description claims you can use them independently. And trust me, I tried EVERYTHING! However, if you use the Bluetooth app, you can use those functions independently.

As always, the Satisfyer company has nice packaging that can be reused. The box is sturdy and closes with a magnet. Inside, the product is held tight in a plastic mold and you’ll find the instructions and charging cable underneath. But, because it doesn't include a storage bag, the Satisfyer comes up short of a perfect 100.
