Le Wand Blend Review

Personal Experience

The Le Wand Blend was my first rabbit sex toy experience and I must say — I was NOT disappointed. Honestly,  I cannot say better things about the Le Wand Blend. Here’s why!

At First Glance

Firstly, the Le Wand Blend is just a gorgeous toy. The G-spot and clitoral pieces are made of body-safe silicone, yet the base of the toy which holds the motor controls is a high-quality rose gold colored metal. I normally hate sex toys that have gendered colors like pink, purple, etc. — but the pink of the Blend is such a soft and pretty pink that it doesn’t strike as obtrusively femme-coded.  It passes as more of a classy luxury toy which personally helps with dysphoria (genderqueer here!), but I could still see some folks feeling uncomfortable with the color.

My Experience

I just love the functionality of the Le Wand Blend. There are 3 buttons: “+” , “o” , and “-“. To change the vibration speed, you just have to press the “+” or “-” buttons, to switch the vibration mode, you press the “o” button, and to return to a continuous G-spot/clitoris vibration, you just press and hold the “o”. I love this last feature because oftentimes during play I don’t have time to cycle through the different vibration patterns until I find the continuous vibe again, which is normally a buzz kill! I also normally am not a huge fan of vibration patterns, but the vibration patterns on the Le Wand Blend are just fabulous — along with your standard vibration modes, the Blend also offers isolated clitoris vibration, isolated G-spot vibration, and patterns that switch back and forth between the two. I had a lot of fun exploring that last bit! I also played around with using the internal arm of the toy as an external clitoral wand and found that to be a pleasurable alternative to using the rabbit. I also enjoyed experimenting with thrusting the Blend into me penetratively versus holding it in place vaginally and just allowing the vibrations to do the internal work. I found both were really pleasurable! I think this toy offers a variety of sensations in this way — love the diversity of it! Depending on your anatomy, the toy’s internal arm may hit your G-spot or your A-spot (which is another pleasurable area located a bit deeper into the vagina than the G-spot). For me, the insertable part of the Blend stimulates my A-spot more than my G-spot due to its longer length and more subtle curve which I prefer less, but it’s still a great sensation in my opinion.

Design

The Le Wand Blend is a gorgeous, high-quality, luxurious seeming rabbit toy. It comes in light pink or dark cherry, and is made of body-safe silicone and metal. Its internal arm has a ribbed shaft and rounded head for G-spot or A-spot stimulation, and its rabbit attachment is flexible, allowing it to bend to different body types for clitoral stimulation. Personally, I would have liked the internal piece to be a bit shorter in length and more curved for more intense G-spot stimulation, but that's just my preference and anatomy!

Ease of Use

The Le Wand Blend's functions are very easy to operate, in my opinion. I always love a toy that has "+" and "-" buttons for switching between vibration speeds (instead of needing to cycle through them all), and the best part is that to return to a continuous vibration during play, all one has to do is hold down the "o" button! Something to keep in mind, though: the Le Wand Blend (and rabbit toys in general) may not be the greatest sex toy option for folks with grip issues, wrist pain, or arthritis.

Quality

The Le Wand Blend is made of high quality, body-safe silicone and metal. The rabbit attachment is fairly flexible and the overall toy feels sturdy and reliable. The vibrations aren’t too loud either.

Price

The Le Wand Blend is on the pricier side for rabbit sex toys, priced at ~$175. There are rabbit sex toys on the market for far less expensive, starting at around $35+, however, I haven't tried another rabbit toy to compare the Blend to. Personally, I think the Le Wand Blend is a reliable toy and if you can afford it, I'd say go for it.

Performance

The Le Wand Blend performs as is advertised, offering a truly pleasurable time. The vibrations are rumbly which enhances play and allows for a full-body experience.

Packaging

The Le Wand Blend’s packaging is discreet, simple, and straight forward. The package comes with a cute guide that answers commonly asked questions about masturbation, like what a blended orgasm is and anatomical information about the clitoris and G-spot.

The Le Wand Blend is made of non-porous, body-safe silicone and metal. It is waterproof and therefore easy to clean with mild unscented soap and warm water or toy cleaner. This toy comes with a storage bag and USB charging cable.
