My Verdict
I have tried a few prostate massagers and vibrating butt plugs and the Pleasure Pulse is the strongest I have ever tested. The secret to the pulse's strength is an oscillating plate similar to a speaker that produces strong rumbly vibrations. The Pleasure Pulse is wrapped in smooth black silicone with two rings to hold it in place. It is an innovative new toy from Lovehoney. Overall, it is a great toy that needs a couple minor design improvements to make it a perfect toy.

About The Lovehoney Pleasure Pulse Prostate Massager
The Pleasure Pulse has a curved body with a large rounded tip which narrows towards the base. The base extends forward and has a couple of subtle ridges for massaging the perineum. There are 2 rings connected to the base. The body of the toy is inserted into the butt and the rings wrap around the balls and penis holding it in place. The vibrator in the tip of the toy ossolates back and forth like the cone of the speaker producing powerful vibrations.

Personal Experience
First Impressions
The Pleasure Pulse looks similar to other prostate toys with a large rounded bulb that that tapers down to the base. I expected it to have an internal vibrator similar to other prostate toys, so I was excited and surprised by the vibrating plate. I was impressed by how strong vibrations were when I first pulled it out of the box.My Experience
The Pleasure Pulse was easy enough to insert with a reasonable measure of lube. The toy was quite comfortable once in place. The remote made it easy to cycle through the different patterns. The vibrations were exceptionally strong and direct. As far as vibrations the the Pleasure Pulse is the best toy I have tried. The rings were stretchy and relatively comfortable, but kept slipping off my balls, allowing the toy to shift. In use the toy feels great, but it does easily shift out of place.Design
The design is functional with minimal ornamentation. The vibrating plate produces the strongest vibrations of any prostate toys or butt plug I have tried and is definitely the best feature of the pleasure pulse. I didn't like the rings, they were a little to thin and flexible and kept sliding off my balls allowing the toy to shift. The remote makes controlling the toy simple, but I would like a way to adjust patterns and vibration intensity independently. Overall I like the functionality of the Pleasure Pulse but I think some of the smaller details could be improved.
Ease of Use
The toy is turned on by pressing and holding the power button. After the toy is turned on tapping the power button will cycle through vibration patterns and intensities. Holding the power button on the remote will pair it with the toy. The toy is reasonably sized and most users with moderate anal experience should be able to get it in place. The controls are straight forward, and the remote makes it easy to change settings.
Quality
The Pleasure Pulse is reasonably good quality. The vibrations are Rumbly and strong. It is relatively loud when held, but much quieter when inserted. The silicone coating is smooth and pretty firm. The battery lasts long enough for an average play sessions and it charges quickly. The remote makes it easy to control during use. I also like that it is waterproof enabling shower or bath play.
Price
The Lovehoney Pleasure Pulse Prostate Massager costs $84.99 which is in the mid-range of vibrating prostate toys. The packaging is a bit basic and there are no extras like a storage pouch, but the toy does function as advertised. I think the Pleasure Pulse is worth it for most users looking for a prostate especially if it is on sale.
Performance
The Pleasure Pulse Prostate Massager preformed better than I had anticipated. It has the strongest vibrations of any prostate toys I have tried. The vibrations feel lovely during use. It is rather loud when held, but gets much quieter after insertion. The battery lasted long enough for an average play session and it recharges quickly.
Packaging
The packaging of the Pleasure Pulse Prostate Massager is a bit generic. It is white with a picture of the toy, blue text and the Lovehoney logo in purple. The box has use instructions in and a description of the toy in English on the exterior. Inside the box are instructions in French, German, Spanish, Russian and simplified Chinese. In addition to the remote and toy there was a charging charging cord in the box.
Materials and care
The Pleasure Pulse Prostate Massager is coated in a black matte silicone. The Remote is made of black plastic with rubberized buttons. Both the toy and the remote have 2 metal spots for a magnetic contact charger. The toy has an IPX7 waterproof rating so it can be submerged making it easy to clean after Use. I wash it with soap and hot water then wipe it down with alcohol to sanitize it. The Prostate Massager did not come with a storage bag so I keep it a microfiber sunglasses pouch I previously purchased for storing sex toys.
