Personal Experience
The Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo is advertised as a “super soft” silicone dildo with a 6-inch insertable length. When I tried the dildo vaginally, I experienced it as much harder than expected which was disappointing. I prefer soft dildos because I have pelvic pain/endometriosis which is triggered by penetrative sex with hard objects. I was really excited to try the Lovehoney Galaxy, as I’m always thrilled to try dildos on the softer, but I was bummed to find the Galaxy is as hard as my more rigid dildos, and unfortunately caused me a fair amount of pain. I also usually prefer dildos that are curved in order to stimulate my G-spot, and the Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo is more straight than curved which I didn’t love. The suction base could have been stronger, too. The dildo itself is beautifully colored, though, and it fits into a harness just fine for both solo and partnered play. I would recommend the Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo for folks looking for a standard, affordable, fun-colored dildo that isn’t super rigid but also isn’t soft.
Design
The Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo is made of body-safe liquid silicone that is both latex-free and phthalate-free. It is a total of 7 inches and has an insertable length of 6 inches, making it average to a bit above-average in size. The dildo itself isn't particularly curved which may be a con for some, and it is very glittery and colorful which makes for a fun toy to add to a collection. It has a (somewhat weak) suction base which allows you to ride it easily during solo play, or use with a harness. In order to use the Galaxy with a harness, though, you'll need an O-ring with a 1.75 inch diameter.
Ease of Use
The Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo is very easy to use. What you see is what you get. The dildo has a suction base with a tab for easy removal for solo play and is useable with a harness. It holds water-based lubricant easily and doesn't have any catches.
Quality
The Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo is clearly made of high quality silicone, but its weakness is that the suction base isn't particularly strong.
Price
For a price tag of ~$35, I think the Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo is an accessible buy for a fun, simple, beginner's dildo.
Performance
Unfortunately the Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo did not live up to its promise of being a super soft dildo, but it is a solid dildo that would make for pleasurable, out-of-the-box play for folks who don't mind that caveat.

The packaging of the Lovehoney Galaxy Dildo was simple and waste-free which I appreciated. It was shipped discreetly and is packaged in a rectangular cardboard box that includes how-to-use instructions.
