PDX Plus FAP Flask Review
My Verdict
The PDX Plus Fap Flask is, simply put, an interesting toy with several fun features! From the obvious boldness in designing the toy like a water bottle, to the extra channel in the sleeve to hold a bullet vibrator, to the flip open "mouth piece" that can change the suction pattern, I was intrigued by how versatile this FAP Flask was. Would I ever get this just to use out in the wild and be able to hide it in plain sight? Er, no. But, I can't lie, it DOES look exactly like a water bottle and if tossed in the back of the car or a bag, I doubt anyone will ever suspect its hidden arsenal of abilities. It is a no fuss unit, and that alone makes it worthwhile.
Buy, if you...
- prefer a stroker with some suction control
- fancy a toy that can be easily hidden in plain sight
- like a tight fit
- want a sleeve that's easy to clean
Don't buy, if you...
- want multiple rib or nub patterns in your sleeve
- are interested in built in vibration features
- desire a no-hands-needed experience
About The PDX Plus FAP Flask
Designed to look like a standard water bottle, the Fap Flask from PDX Plus does a good job of blending in with its surroundings. Blame the camo print! The top cap, the bottom cover, and the sleeve all separate from the main cylinder for easy cleaning. When closed and all parts are put back together, the internal sleeve is fully protected from dust and dirt and all those gross fuzzies and hairs that like to attack sleeves like it's a battlefield. The sleeve has dual openings on both ends and on the back side has a secondary channel for inserting a bullet vibrator.
Pros
- ✅Discreet design
- ✅Open ended sleeve allows for easy cleaning
- ✅Adjustable suction
- ✅Dedicated channel for a bullet vibrator
Cons
- ❌Sleeve is made of porous TPE
- ❌Closing the FAP Flask before proper drying can lead to bacteria growth
- ❌No changes in texture through the sleeve

First Impressions
Okay, I’ll be real. I was in no way intrigued in the slightest by the design of the PDX Fap Flask when I first saw it online. A discreet masturbator designed to head out into the world and hide amongst beverages, backseats, and backpacks? Nah. I’m good. But, even if that wasn’t my need, I figured it would be worth testing to see if its exterior was the only good thing about it. So when it arrived, after a couple of chuckles and smirks from reading the package’s marketing text, I pulled it out and instantly decided to dismantle it. I was… intrigued. A flip open mouth piece that the box claimed could control the suction inside the chamber? A fully hidden inner fleshy sleeve that was fully intended to stay lodged during use? A separate channel for a vibrator? It was starting to seem like a Swiss army knife of sex toys at this point, and the camo wrapping was making more sense.Trying It Out
After grabbing some water-based lube, I gave it whirl. You should know that this thing is tight. I really don’t care who you are, it’s tight. For most people, I’d assume this won’t cause a problem, but there is a chance for those with a good amount of girth, you might find that it squeezes a bit too much, making the entry harder. If you like thick lube, you might get slowed down a good amount on your strokes. The inner ribbing is the same up the length of the channel — a set of continuous ribbed rings. I have had other toys with similar textures and while it isn’t the style I prefer, it didn’t turn me off. It was nice that the loop you will often find on normal water bottles is on the lid of the flask and actually makes for a nice grip point since you are holding onto a rather large cylinder. But… What Else Can It Do?
Curious about the suction abilities, I began with flipping the mouthpiece open and shut. It’s no joke, when the mouthpiece is open everything is status quo but as you close it there really is a suction created making the strokes feel like something is sucking you back in. Wild. Getting a bit frisky, I tried to add a bullet vibrator, but that thing was NOT the right size. The end of the vibrator stuck outside of the channel and buzzed against the outer cylinder, making it sound like a woodpecker stuck in a plastic tube. I had to shut that down fast it was so annoying. However, if you have the right sized bullet vibrator, I’m sure you will fall in love. With the the sleeve’s entrance being at the bottom of the FAP Flask, the opposing end with the channel for a vibrator is underneath the top lid. So if you want to change your vibrators speed or patterns, and also adjust the suction of the flask, you will have to unscrew the lid and make the adjustments. A wirelessly controlled vibe would work best here. Now, all the bells and whistles are cool, but I wanted to check out the sleeve sans outer shell. It was… well, it was just fine, but the other added features really make it stand out. By itself, I don’t feel there is much to write home about. It’s a fleshy sleeve, and heavy too.Design
This is not a sleek rocket ship. Not elegant, and certainly not chic. But, as it's not designed to invoke those designs, it handles well. Actually, I almost expect to see some dents on its water bottle shaped shell. While I would never recommend dropping or chucking it for fun, I feel it was engineered well enough to stand some drops or tosses when you need to make it disappear (for whatever reason).
Ease of Use
This things gets all the good scores for ease of use. The PDX Plus Flask is very simple to use despite having several key and maybe abnormal abilities. The packaging does a great job explaining the feature like the finger hook, the flip lid, and its easy to tell once you open the bottom cap, where the entrance is, exactly how to use it. Now this thing is real to size for most water bottle so those with issues holding onto larger items may not find this very helpful. With no real controls to deal with (unless you bring your own vibrator), there is no setup or additional fussy buttons.
Quality
Okay, the outer shell is made of plastic, but even that is reasonably thick. With the thickness and weight of the TPE inner sleeve, it gives everything a nice weight. Altogether it feels like a well made and good quality masturbator. Sturdy? Oh yeah. I haven't used it enough to say that the flip lid will last a long time with constant open and close, but I doubt you will be moving that around any more that you do your own water bottle lid. Hats off to the designers of the FAP Flask!
Price
While searching for pricing, I see numbers ranging from $50 to $75 so in most respects, I'd say that's a bit higher in the stratosphere; if it was simply a good sleeve. With the feature set the FAP Flask has been given, I believe it to be a reasonably priced unit. If you look carefully, there are sales out there. At the time of writing, one site even dropped the price to under $40.
Performance
What is there to say about the performance of this barrel-like masturbator? Well, let's start with how nice that snug fit is. I have experiences some rather flexible sleeves that seem tight until you are inside and they don't give much resistance. The FAP Flask does. While everything I experienced was solo use, I'll bet that it would work just as well with someone else in control. There are no battery requirements, and the promised abilities like suction and a vibrator channel pulled through. I would say though, they might have made the vibrator channel a bit longer. That might have changed my 'jackhammer on Tupperware' experience I had when the bullet vibrator I tried didn't fit well.
Packaging
The packaging for the FAP Flask was probably the part that got the most eye rolls and cheeky grins as I was opening it. It gave very clear indications of the products abilities and special features. Would I trust its claims that it's great for using on the go and no one will know? Not likely to find out, but hey it made for great marketing. I felt I got everything I needed from the box, including some specs about the unit itself like size and such — that's not something I see very often.
Materials and care
The inner sleeve is made of porous TPE material and should be cleaned thoroughly. Please, for all that's good, please open the entire unit and remove the caps and clean the fleshy sleeve well with warm water and a toy safe cleaner. It's critical that you let everything properly dry out as the entire unit closes up very well and can retain moisture that'll make a cozy home for bacteria. The company making this made it super simple to clean as the channel is open on both ends allowing for simple wash and rinse. And if you really want to get it well, the entire sleeve is removable. It can be submerged, but again, please dry this toy very well. You don't want bacteria to move in. I don't want bacteria to move in. WE don't want that in our FAP Flask. As I mentioned, the weight of the entire masturbator is not heavy, but solid. It just feels right. Not too heavy or light.
