Design

As far as design, I actually really like the size and shape of the Phoenix Neo 2, it didn't feel too big or bulky inside me like the Lush 3 did (the Lush almost felt painfully too big), and it also didn't feel like it was going to fall out. The small ridging on the inside of the main bulb also felt very appealing when inserted as well.

Ease of Use

As far as setting up the Svakom Phoenix Neo 2, it was super easy! The charging, turning it on, downloading the app and everything like it was super basic and they had all of the info you needed for that inside or on the box. The tiny bit of frustration came when I was actually giving control to my husband in the app and it was a little harder to navigate. When you go into the app it has the option to go into 'touch mode' where you can use your finger to draw the pattern that you want your partner to feel. The only issue we had with this was when we would pause to message each other the vibrations would stop because there was no way to lock in or loop the pattern to keep going once you took your finger off the screen.

Quality

My first impression of the Phoenix when I pulled it out of the box was how incredibly soft it felt on my fingers. The quality of the material is so high and it feels very sturdy but at the same time it is also very flexible and you can move the tail around easily when it is inserted. The other thing I liked about this vibe is the magnetic charging port and the location they put it on the actual toy, this was one of the only egg toys that didn’t automatically pop right off the charger after I connected it because it rolled around when I set it down.

Price

As I mentioned above in my Verdict, the Svakom Phoenix Neo 2 is a very affordable option for a Bluetooth egg vibe with the quality of some that are twice the price. It has all of the same perks as the others, with the additional options to be video and chat interactive. I haven’t looked into it much myself but the website mentioned that it can also be used with adult content and it mentioned that with the Feel Connect 3 app you can "Use your toy to ‘feel’ adult video content, perform on cam sites." With all of those additional options I would choose this over the more expensive option every time.

Performance

Prior to getting the Phoenix, I had used the We-Vibe Jive, which I didn’t have the best experience with and the Lush 3, that I really liked, so I wanted to go into this experience with an open mind since I knew it could go either way. I enjoyed playing with it on my own and with my husband, which is great because I am more likely to repeatedly use a toy if it is something that is versatile to me. The Svakom Phoenix Neo 2 was by far the quietest egg vibrator of the three that I tried, and I also enjoyed the variety of the vibrations more than the others.

Packaging

The packaging was super sleek and very appealing to the eye. I also really liked how sturdy the box and all of the other items that came with it felt as well. The box includes an instruction manual that has the QR code for the app inside that make it really easy to know exactly which app you should be downloading. The manual also includes a table of what the different light blinks mean and a breakdown of the modes as an easy quick start guide.

Materials and care

Like other silicone products, the Svakom Phoenix Neo 2 should be used with water-based lubricants and you can clean it with your favorite toy soap, or as I prefer, I use a non-scented antibacterial soap. It came with a storage bag, but it also came with a nicer storage box, so you can choose to store it in either. Everything fit really nicely inside the bag for me so that is how I chose to store mine.
