Design

I think the design is very fun and colourful, a design that tells you exactly what the lube is. I like the way all the lubes have a colour theme that match the product itself for example, the peach lube being orange, the mojito lube being green ect. It makes them easy to decipher - The peaches on this bottle further emphasise what flavour and smell the lube is. The only thing I personally don't like is the peach seeds, they look rather suggestive and provocative. On the other hand, fruit is often used in a sexual way to symbolise different genitalia, so it was probably a conscious decision. The branding on this bottle is very clear and informative, as well as easy to read and factual.

Ease of Use

I always find water-based lubes a lot easier to wash off the skin, than either hybrid or silicone lubes. With this lube, it is even easier to wash off the skin as it is so thin. The higher water content in this lubricant makes it let tacky and sticky, which is great for those who want sex for a longer period of time and need a lube that doesn't become tacky. Like in usual water-based lube fashion, this System JO lube does dry out pretty quickly. It can be reactivated again by just adding water. This lube is compatible with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms, but not polyurethane condoms. All sex toy materials can be used with this lube, including silicone toys too.

Quality

For a lube that can be partially consumed, I wanted to make sure it was safe enough and included ingredients that weren't going to be a risk. This product is FDA approved, which is great as it puts my mind at ease when it comes to knowing the ingredients can be orally ingested. When it came to interacting with my downstairs, it has a slightly acidic pH which is great fro someone like me (who has a vulva) as it attempts to match the natural pH. The only thing that was a red flag for me, was the fact this lube has glycerin in it; a sugar that promotes bacterial growth, which often leads to bacterial infections. No thanks! I usually try and avoid glycerin and it is a shame that System JO have lubes with it in. The ingredients list of this lube are: Glycerin, Aqua, Aroma (Flavour), Cellulose Gum, Methylparaben, Propylparaben (parahydroxybenzoate).

Price

For a lube that is thin and natural feeling, as well as compatible with all types of sex toys and have a taste and smell feature, it has a lot to offer. But this means it also comes with pretty large price tag - This is definitely one of the more expensive flavoured lubes I have used, but as I am getting more added special features, I don't paying it as a one off. The bottle size is also large enough that I think it would last me a fait amount of time.

Performance

As I mentioned earlier, this lube has a pretty thin viscosity to it, which to me feels more natural and less synthetic than thicker lubes. I understand that thicker lubes are much better for more vigorous sex and anal, but I think they can sometimes feel synthetic and plastic-like! Yuck! The downside to being a thin lube, is that it isn't the best for larger sex toys or anal for example. Thinner lubes also don't tend to last as long as thicker lubes, often then needing more frequent re-application. This is not great for me as I really hate having to re-apply lube mid-way through sex, it ruins the mood for me! But if you don't mind, then it's perfect.

Compatibility

I've said it one hundred times before and I'll say it one hundred more if I have too, the System JO bottles are my favourite to use, simply because they are so practical! The squeezable plastic bottles allows you to be accurate with how much you're squeezing out per use, as well as allowing you to aim the lube onto the desired area. The click-close lid is so much better than a screw off lid, especially when you have lube on your hands - it really gets on my nerves when companies make bottles that I cannot open when my hands are slippery! The only risk with having a clip-close lid is when you are travelling, it could accidentally pop open and split, so maybe transfer it to a travel container. You should be okay as the lid closes pretty tightly and flat.

Stain Test

Through the bottle, it looks like the liquid is slightly tinged orange/like peach colour. When poured onto the skin, it looks translucent and comes out with no colour. However, this was not the case when it made its way onto my white bedsheets, of which they then slightly stained a very faint orange. This washed out fully in the washing machine and left no lasting stain, but it looked a little weird in the moment looking down at this weird orange stain on the bed!
