Personal Experience
The Tantus P-Spot is not an every day type of prostate toy, but it’s a great addition for those special occasions when you’re looking for something different.
First Impression
The first thing that went through my head when I laid eyes upon the Tantus P-Spot was, “Whoa! This things big.” It’s not the largest toy we’ve used, but it’s a very close second. Next I noticed how the tip of the toy is curved upward and couldn’t wait to see how it felt reaching for my prostate. The overall shape is elegant and relaxing and the material has a firm yet squishy feel in the hands.Down to Business
Excited to see what this massager could do, we headed to the bed with the Tantus P-Spot and a bottle of water-based lube. Once properly coated in lube, my wife carefully slid the toy into place and started to massage. The curved end landed exactly where it needed to be and the extra size applied more than enough pressure for pleasure. The extra length of the Tantus P-Spot gave my wife a decent amount to hold onto as she slid the end in and out over the magic spot.Going Gently
Due to it’s size, the Tantus P-Spot doesn’t need vigor to draw pleasure. By gently thrusting the toy in and out, my wife was able to hit my prostate over and over, increasing the sensation each time. With the semi-rigid makeup of the Tantus P-Spot, she was also able to manipulate the head from side-to-side and in circles around the prostate. A gentle thrusting with a slight twist around my prostate turned out to be the magic touch. With the extra girth, length, and targeted shape, the Tantus P-Spot offers a multitude of options to stimulate the prostate and draw that amazing pleasure out.With a Harness
We are not very experienced in the strap-on arena but did give it a try. It fit right into the harness that we have but the size of the Tantus P-Spot makes it a bit tough to manage thrusting without using a hand, but it works. I would imagine a more experienced couple could get a lot of pleasure out of using it this way, especially thinking about what she could do with her hands freed up!The Vibrations
Each time we tried the Tantus P-Spot, we gave the bullet vibrator a try, as well, and each time it was a disappointment. I’m not a huge fan of vibrations, anyway, and prefer the manual massage. You can feel the toy vibrating in your hands, but once inserted, there’s not much there. I think we’ll save the bullet for other activities — the Tantus P-spot stands on its own without it!Design

The targeted shape hits the prostate well and feels amazing as it slides over the prostate. I really enjoy the semi-rigid flexibility and the extra length gives a bit of a handle for my wife to hold onto if she's doing the driving.

The Tantus P-Spot is not a toy that you can jump right into. Its larger size takes some working up to but, once you’re there, it’s very straightforward to use. You or a partner can manually massage or it can be put into a harness for your lady to wear. Either way, you’ll want to start slowly.
Quality
The Tantus P-Spot feels luxurious and elegant. The silicone is smooth, squishy, and comfortable to the touch. The targeted shape leads to great pleasure with each massage and, given its size, the squish of the material makes it a lot more comfortable to use.
Price
For about $60, the Tantus P-Spot is a good buy. There’s nothing fancy and the price reflects that. Overall, the Tantus P-Spot makes a great second or third toy without breaking the bank and while the vibrating bullet is pretty weak, you're not paying a premium for it.
Performance
By itself, the Tantus P-Spot performs very well. The shape and texture of the toy lead to amazing pleasure and the size is exciting for both the receiver and the giver, if she’s into challenging you during play. The vibrations, however, leave a little to be desired, if that’s what you’re looking for. If viewed purely as a manual prostate toy, the Tantus P-Spot does its job.
