Why I Chose It
I picked the Oxy Acrylic Ball Crusher as the test winner because I appreciate its simplicity and effectiveness. It could be a great product for CBT beginners and more advanced users alike. It’s budget-friendly, easy to clean, and most importantly, it’s made with durable materials.
Our tester, Rogan who tested this toy was impressed with its quality and ease of use. He mentioned that “the acrylic boards are so smooth that there was no discomfort when I wore it for a few minutes and walked around while wearing it.” When it comes to effectiveness, I would say this ball crushed is pretty intense. As Rogan put it “I screwed (yet another intended pun) the device all the way until my scrotum was nearly as flat as a sheet of thicker cardboard.” He also pointed out that he used it solo and had no issues with adjusting the screws by himself, so I can confidently say that this is a great product for solo or couple’s play.

Why I Chose It
The Oxy Electro Balls and Penis– CBT Board is a similar product to our test winner the Oxy Acrylic Ball Crusher but with an exciting, electrifying twist! The board itself is easy to use, and provides an intense squish, while the e-stim adds unique stimulation enhancing your experience!
According to our tester, Jesse, who reviewed this testicle crusher for us said: “My play partner and I had a fantastic session of penis crushing swiftly followed by ball crushing.” However, he mentioned that in the product he received holes had rough edges, which caused him pain, so he needed to sand the edges by himself, which is not ideal. I was quite surprised to hear that since the other tester, who tested the Oxy Acrylic Ball Crusher highlighted the quality, so I guess Jesse got a faulty product.
About E-stim he said, “The electro-stim isn’t the best I’ve experienced but it gives a great extra form of stimulation to the CBT experience.” In my opinion, it will work out great for those who are already used to the cruising sensation and want to elevate the pleasure. The e-stim panel has a variety of different electro patterns and speeds, so you get to explore different sensations each time you use it, which is a big plus!
Overall, the Oxy Electro Balls and Penis isn’t a product I would recommend to total CBT beginners, but I appreciate how easy it is to use and clean. If you are into the sensation of ball and penis crushing, and you enjoy e-stim play, I think this is a great combo!

Why I Chose It
The Oxy All-in-One Ball Crusher is a special product I picked specifically for the most advanced CBT players! Its biggest advantage is the material. It’s made with all-metal parts, which adds a nice weight. It’s also durable, and will probably last you a lifetime.
Now, as I said, this crusher is made for advanced users who know a lot about CBT play and CBT toys. Our tester, Rae, who tested this product with her partner had problems setting it up as there were no instructions included. She also mentioned that they had some trouble adjusting everything. As she put it “It felt like my partner didn’t have enough scrotum skin to wear the entire product but had too much to close the metal ring.” Therefore, I recommend checking the product’s measurements on Oxy’s website before purchase to make sure everything will fit comfortably.
On the bright side, Rae highlighted the toy’s quality saying “All the edges were perfectly smooth, with no sharp bits, and it was beautifully shiny.” I am sure that if you choose the right size for yourself, you will enjoy this product. It’s sturdy and weighty, providing an intense stretching and crushing session.

Types of Testicle Crushers
Before I start going over the products, I’d like to briefly go over the different options you’ll have when shopping for a ball crusher toy. While all of them essentially do the same thing, it’s the tiny differences that will have the biggest impact on your user experience!
- Acrylic toys – Some testicle squeezer toys integrate acrylic into their design. While you likely won’t notice the slightly more “give” that these toys have, you will notice the fact that you’ll be able to see through the acrylic plates!
- All-metal toys – These toys tend to have a bit of weight about them. Being made of metal, they can last a lifetime if properly cared for
- Spreaders – These toys start out by crushing your balls, but once completely tightened, the balls will actually be spread apart.
- Crushers – These toys don’t allow the balls to move, instead applying more and more pressure as you tighten the screws. Approach with caution!
- Spiked crushers – These crushers integrate spikes into the overall design, resulting in a combination of dull and sharp pain for the wearer.
- Evil shells – This is an experts-only type of ball flattener. Rather than crushing both balls together, this type of toy applies pressure to each testicle individually!
CBT Safety Guide
As you’d expect, using a ball crushing device or practicing CBT requires a certain level of safety. Unfortunately, there isn’t any way to reduce the risk to 0%, as CBT is—by nature—somewhat risky.
Still, there are practices you can do and things you can watch out for to help reduce your risk. Here’s what I’d suggest.
- Make sure circulation is a priority. The way you’re most likely to hurt yourself isn’t from testicular trauma, but actually, from lack of circulation! As such, don’t wear devices for longer than 30 minutes before taking a break, and make sure they’re never over-tightened.
- Communicate with your sub. You’ll want to establish a safe word with your sub so that you can always know when they’ve had enough. Discuss a safe word, boundaries, and fantasies before giving your new testicle crusher a try.
- Go slowly. You’ll want to increase and decrease intensities slowly to reduce the risk of injury.
- Take note of any unusual pains. While some soreness after a CBT session is normal, be aware of any long-lasting pains (whether they’re sharp or dull). If you have long-lasting pains, swelling, internal bruising, or other issues, it’s a good idea to check with a doctor to ensure you haven’t suffered any injuries.
