So I grabbed my credit card and my Galaxy Gear Oculus VR headset and got down to the envious task of exploring this VRporn.com and finding out as much as I could about it!

The name of VRPorn pretty much tells you exactly what it is and exactly what it does! It is a virtual reality porn website that contains many videos that can be enjoyed in more than your standard viewing way! By using a headset, you can have immersive and erotic experiences. The videos on VRPorn are all designed to be used that way, making it a very unique kind of porn site.

Initial Impressions and How I Tested It

There’s only one way to test a website like this; just do it! Looking around at VRPorn is all well and good, but there’s nothing quite like grabbing your VR headset and getting down to the fun (and a little naughty) task of subscribing and really getting in-depth with it. But what were my first impressions of the site? What initial thoughts did I have upon opening it? Well, let’s explore that, shall we?!

Initial Impressions

After taking an initial look around, I discovered VRPorn to be a website much like many others – at least layout-wise. It is easy enough to navigate and find your way around, and it’s all very self-explanatory, as you would expect it to be. I really didn’t expect anything more or less than that, though, to be fair!

With its banks of porn videos, all you need to do is scroll through and find one you like, and you’re away. You can’t actually watch any of the full videos without a subscription, though. There are trailers available for you to have a little tease, though.

The videos are also searchable, and you can sort them out via categories if you’re not too sure what you want to go for. I do like this feature as it prominently displays all the most and most popular VR porn videos for you to choose from.

Overall, my initial impression was that even though it’s quite a darkly designed website, it will still be perfect for any porn that you want to watch. So for me, VRPorn looks like a winner from the word go!

How I Tested It

In order to properly put VRPorn through its paces, needed to take a much more in-depth look at the differences between using the site as a paying member vs a non-paying member! So I grabbed my card and my VR headset, and got down to ordering the perfect subscription for me! But I’ll explore that a little further in my review!

The Overall Design of the Site

Simplicity is the name of the game when it comes to these kinds of virtual reality porn websites, and VRPorn has that aspect down. It’s uncomplicated and allows you to really get stuck in and get down to work without any fuss or complications.

As with most of these kinds of sites, you’re met with a big scrolling banner that goes through some of the bigger titles (including the hilariously titled “Fuck Them In VR”), as well as showing off some of the main features of the site. Obviously, it is setting out its stall to try to entice you to subscribe, and it does so well, without coming off as too pushy.

Just underneath that scrolling banner is a list of websites that VRPorn has featured on, including Mashable, Wired, and The Huffington Post. These are all reputable and rightly regarded sites, and it really adds to the legitimacy of VR porn. Personally, I thought this was a great move to really show you that VRPorn is above-board before you even get down to the bulk of the porn videos.

As I continued down the site, there were many different videos for me to choose from. Again, this looked like any free porn website such as YouPorn, PornHub, or Xvideos. But of course, these videos have to be subscribed for in order to enjoy them in full glorious virtual reality.

Of course, at the bottom of the page are all the usual links for support, help, and other information.

One of the things that I really like and I think will be extremely useful for people is how there are several options for you to choose from along the top of the page. These include new videos, categories, porn stars, and studios.

Alternatively, you can click the menu icon (the three horizontal lines) on the top left of the screen, and the menu has even more things to choose from. All of this is great because it helps narrow down the kinds of VR videos you have to watch, while also giving you countless options to choose from. The side menu does have a few extras though, including gay/lesbian/trans videos, as well as premium mode, and a guide on how to watch VR.

Touching on the CGI section, it is primarily computer-animated videos with women that are much more augmented and cartoonish. It’s certainly going to tick the boxes of some people out there who have those kinds of fetishes.

The games section also has a wide range of erotic games that can also be enjoyed in virtual reality. They are mainly computer-animated CGI games, though there are some games that incorporate real-life elements into them. They’re a fun little distraction, though precisely how sexy and erotic you find them will certainly be a subjective thing. After all, these kinds of games won’t be for everyone, and some may find them pretty boring

Overall, though, this menu puts on full display the might of VRPorn, showing off! I was surprised at the amount of varied content they had, and it just goes to show the sheer amount of stuff they have on there for you to enjoy!

One of the things that I really love the studios tab at the top of the page. It allows you to see the many studios that have content on VRPorn and allows you to find your favorite (if you have a preference). Not all porn studios stood in the same way, and some have a more stylized way of presenting their porn. For example, the way SexBabesVR shoots its scenes is different from the way CovertJapan or 18VR shoots their scenes.

On top of that, you’ll definitely get some more niche videos depending on which studio you go for! There are studios with videos featuring Asian girls, girls that are only 18 or 19, Anime and animated content, and even hilarious parody stuff. Suffice it to say, but the studios tab really does allow you to explore what some of your favorite content makers are doing!

Company Information

This one is only a brief but pretty important section that a lot of people like to check out when using porn websites!

The ‘terms of service’ section at the bottom of the page informs you that the website is owned and operated by Swearl, LLC, which is a California limited liability company. This helps give VRPorn some extra credence and builds its legitimacy. It’s good to know where the company is being run from, and that it’s not just some kind of nebulous online entity!

Pros and Cons

In order to make things a little more simple to understand, I thought I’d put the pros and cons of VRPorn into easily understandable columns. That way, you’ll get an overview of the highs and lows of this particular VR porn website.

As you can see, there are some good points and bad points, but how did I rate this website on balance? Well, keep on reading and find out my overall thoughts at the end!

Okay, let’s delve into the world of VRPorn subscriptions! This website really does keep things simple, and you get the choice of three different subscription tiers; monthly, yearly, or lifetime.

As you can see, each of them is discounted from the original price…although I’m not entirely convinced that they’re ever the full price, they just do that to make you feel like you’re getting a good deal. Still, the prices cannot be sniffed at, and the benefits of subscribing really makes it a worthwhile purchase if you’re going to make VRPorn really crack.

Of course, purchasing a subscription tier – any one of them – will grant you a lot more access to the site’s features than it would do if you weren’t subscribed. Mainly meaning you get to watch the massive selection of videos that they have on offer.

In order to purchase a subscription, you first have to register with VRPorn. This is as simple as entering a username, alongside your email address and new password. You will then be directed to your payment options to complete your subscription purchase.

Payment Options

Luckily, you have quite a few ways in which you can pay for your subscription, making the whole payment process very easy and hassle-free.

As you can see, not only do you have the option of Visa, but you also have Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, Maestro, BitCoin, and even trusty old PayPal, which is the option I went for. When it comes to cards all you need to do is put in all of your details, and for PayPal I just had to sign in and confirm – something that took a matter of seconds to do.

You can rest easy, too, because the payment process is secured by Segpay and processed through Epoch. They are very well renowned for safe and secure payments, meaning your money will be transferred safely and securely. Again, this is another legitimizing factor.

Using VRPorn as a Paying Subscriber

Okay, so I signed up (which seemed to far less time than it did with other virtual reality porn websites) and got down to the next task of exploring how VRPorn differed now that I was a fully bonified paying customer. And to my eye, save for my username being in the corner, there wasn’t too much different. Even the ‘subscribe now’ kind of banners were still scrolling along the top. Not that it affected anything, I just found it a bit weird!

Still, at least now I could click on a video and actually watch it. As with all of these kinds of sites, you can either watch it as a standard video, just like any you would find on any free porn website. You also have the option of watching it in VR. Now THAT’S why I’m here! So using my phone, I clicked the VR icon in the corner of the video and this flashed up:

This allowed me to choose my type of phone, my type of headset, and even how the VR headset interacted with the videos (with button or gaze controlled). Once I’d made my selections, I clicked start VR, and I was away!

I mentioned the different options you have available to you when it comes to watching these videos. Firstly you can watch it as one single video that you have the ability to look around. This is a single image that gives the video a more flat look:

Alternativey you can go for the true VR split-screen mode, which allows you to see two very slightly offset images through each eye of your VR headset. This gives it a far more realistic 3D look.

For me personally, I found the second, split-screen option to be far more immersive and enjoyable, especially when using the VR headset. It just really brought the action on the screen to life in a way that no other video option does!

When you’re subscribed, you also have access to all of the live videos, too. These can all be viewed in VR too, although only the single-screen option is available. Kind of annoying, but also kind of understandable, considering it’s a live show and a true 3D VR setup may not be possible for most live cam girls.

As with most cam girls, it works on a token-based system. You can talk to them using the chat, but if you want them to do anything, it’s going to cost ya!

Most have a tip menu with certain acts that cost certain amounts. This is a great way of having a customized, interactive experience with the cam girls, and allows you to take a little bit of control of what you are watching.

Similarly, all the games are available to you. They are interactive, but their level of quality varies. Some are novel, while others grow tiresome after only a few minutes. Overall none of the games have too much of a fun factor, and if you want more instant gratification, I’d personally stick to the videos.

Overall, subscribing to VRPorn allows you to really get your teeth into all of the content on there. Some of it will be to your liking, some of it won’t. It all depends on what you want and what kind of experience you are looking for. Personally, I was seeking hardcore erotic virtual reality videos, and that is exactly what I got – with bells on! The subscription gave me access to videos that I could only have previously dreamt of, and that, as they say, is priceless!

Video Quality

The quality of the videos on VRPorn is incredible, with some even going up to 8K. This kind of ultra-high definition can convince your eyes that you really are seeing the real thing in front of you! Not all videos can be viewed in 8K, though. In order to find out what the highest quality on each video is, and change it to suit your preferences, all you have to do is click on the cog icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the video and select image quality.

There you will find a range of video qualities that you can choose from. I’ll be honest, even the lowest quality video (which tends to be SD (standard definition)) is by no means bad, so no matter which you choose, you’re going to get a great quality image. In fact, unless you’re a video quality connoisseur, most people won’t even be able to tell too much of a difference between HD and anything higher!

So Is VRPorn REALLY a Legit Website?

As far as I’m concerned, YES, VRPorn is a legit website. There are no red flags to cause any concern, and personally, I feel like the site has had enough endorsements to really legitimize its existence. The range of places that it has been featured is impressive, and speaks volumes to how good the site is. Sites such as Mashable, Wired, and The Huffington Post wouldn’t endorse VRPorn if it wasn’t incredible!

The range of payments and the security that they offer also says plenty about how safe the site is to use and how comfortable many people are paying through the site and purchasing subscriptions. Again, this is another green flag for VRPorn.

The site itself is very user-friendly and offers plenty for you to do and watch. The constantly updated videos are all fantastic, and by and large they all work incredibly well with VR headsets. There are plenty of genres to choose from, and all of them are sorted into categories that are easily searchable. I love that the quality of the videos can go up to 8K, meaning these ultra-high definitions look ultra-realistic as you watch them.

VRPorn is high in the Alexa rankings, as well as being SSL encrypted. Again, these are things that point to the legitimacy of the site.

Sure, there are cheaper virtual reality porn websites out there that you can have a lot of fun with, but for the sheer number of options that VRPorn offers you, I think it would be silly to discount it. It’s definitely worth trying out, even if it’s only for a month. With the quality and the amount of videos and content on there, I can see it being a slow burner that will really enthrall you can keep you busy…in the most erotic ways possible!

No, the VR aspect won’t suit everyone, and some may find it tricky to use and even kind of disorientating. But with that being said, that’s not just a VRPorn website. Still, I felt it was worth mentioning, for those of you out there that may not have had the best experiences with these kinds of things.

The site doesn’t particularly stand out from its competitors, either. But then at the same time, it doesn’t particularly need to – people aren’t there for the site design. They’re there for the content! And THAT is where this site excels!
