Why I Chose It
After testing well over 50 different Fleshlights I was very surprised when I felt just how tight the Mia Malkova Anal Fleshlight was. I did also measure it, and it came in almost 10% tighter than the second tightest. Although I’m a fan of super tight sleeves, even for me this came close to being questionably tight
When I measured the tightness I did so by filling it with water and weighing how much water fit inside the inner canal. The Mia Malkova Boss Level Sleeve only fit 0.8 ounces of water. That gave it a 100/100 rating on tightness (Quality). The second tightest anal Fleshlight could fit 1.4 ounces (the Autumn Falls Anal Fleshlight).
I really like using the Mia Malkova Anal Fleshlight whenever I want to explode immediately and get super high intensity stimulation. I rated the texture intensity a 90/100 (Ease of Use).
In terms of the overall looks and realism I think it’s a extremely close match to Mia Malkova’s butt, and I rated it 95/100 (on Design).

Why I Chose It
I’m a (very) big Riley Reid fan, and being the proud owner of her vaginal Fleshlight sleeve I knew I had to get the Riley Reid Anal Fleshlight as well.
I got it in a big batch with a ton of other anal Fleshlights, and it has quickly become the anal Fleshlight I’m actually using the most.
It’s amazingly realistic, and not too tight to be used for more than just making me explode right away.
I measured the tightness by filling it with water (could contain 1.7 ounces) and it got a 82/100 rating (on Quality).
However, it didn’t make it to the top-spot, as it isn’t the tightest, nor the most intense anal Fleshlight – I rated it 95/100 on intensity (the Ease of Use-rating).
Lastly, I also don’t find it to be the most visually appealing or realistic looking and could only award it a 90/100 rating on Design.

Why I Chose It
I might be slightly biased here when reviewing the looks of the Lana Rhoades anal Fleshlight – but I’m going to assume that so is every other man looking for an Anal Fleshlight.
Lana Rhoades’ Butt is something dreams are made of! And, trying to be objective on the matter I do also thing it’s the best shaped, most realistic and most appetizing anal Fleshlight of all the ones I’ve tested. And, I’ve tested 50+ at this point! In short, I rated it a 100/100 on design.
The intensity of the Karma Sleeve texture is pretty high, I gave it a 90/100 rating (on Ease of Use). It generally has a lot of variety that gets tighter the deeper you thrust. Although, it isn’t that tight when I measured the general tightness it will feel tighter for those over 5-6 inches.
It got a tightness score of 76/100 (on Quality), which is actually pretty low for a anal Fleshlight – it could contain 2.0 ounces of water, which turned into the score.

Why I Chose It
This is the biggest anal Fleshlight type of toy on the list. But, after learning how much our tester, Josh, liked it, I simply had to add this to this top-list.
Josh was amazed by the realism, and even said “It has all the benefits of a full-sized sex doll while still being compact and relatively discreet.”.
The only real concern he had was that the “price might put some people off”.
Having cleaned out a ton of Anal Fleshlights I will just insert here that the cleaning process of an inner canal that runs around in a loop is going to be more difficult to clean out than the normal straight-canal anal Fleshlights.
But, all that would be something I could easily disregard when I hear josh say things like the fact that the results of using it are “explosively good”.

Why I Chose It
Personally, I’m a big fan of the transparent and more compact Fleshlight, like the Riley Reid Quickshot. Especially as you can’t find a lot of Fleshlights that come with both a vaginal and anal opening.
Isabelle and her male partner, who tested it, had a couple of hiccups – such as not warming it up before use, and finding it annoying that it didn’t stimulate the entire penis but rather a smaller section.
They did find it “more fun to use together” when you can see the penis through, and they even used it “combined with oral sex”.
Despite being cheaper than the full size butt-shaped Fleshlights Isabelle and her partner still found it “a little overpriced for what it is”. They generally (and rightfully so) prefer silicone as it isn’t “fragile and prone to tearing”.

Why I Chose It
I will put it bluntly, a male-ass isn’t quite my jam. But, I was actually impressed with the realism and even more taken aback with the feedback I received from Taylor, who tested it for us at BedBible.
One of his points that really stuck with me was that he was really fund of the texture intensity. He described it like a “delicious intensity it’s a fun challenge to see how long you can handle it!”.

Why I Chose It
Both Andrew, who tested the Fleshlight Ice Butt for us, and his partner got such a kick out of watching him slide in and out! With my extensive experience with over 50 different Fleshlights, I’d say it’s one of the best things about this material blend – that it’s see-through.
When I saw the video Andrew took of him sliding a pink-ish dildo in and out, it got me even more excited than I think he was – so naturally I had to add it to the list of the best Butt Fleshlights.
