In my experience, anal vibrators that shaped like this (with very little difference in diameter between the largest point and the neck of the toy) have a tendency to pop out during use, though. Especially while moving around or tensing up your core muscles too intensely.

So, if you’re looking for an affordable and beginner-friendly anal vibrator that has to stay put during use, I would recommend that you go for something that has a longer and slimmer neck, like the b-Vibe Novice.

Why I Chose It

Our Bedbible tester, Daphne was “was surprised by how much I ended up liking” the We-Vibe Ditto+.

She enjoyed all remote-controlled options, the powerful but quiet vibrations, and the flexible body with a longer base that provided a very comfortable experience.

Mores specifically she found the angle to be perfect and “the flexibility allowed me to move around, sit, stand, walk, lie down, turn over in bed, use a dildo vaginally simultaneously”, all while it still “stayed in”.

As Daphne has quite a bit of experience, she said that typically “a lot of smaller butt plugs will fall out” doing the same, while this “stayed put the entire time.”

The reason I included the Ditto+ is especially because of the flexible design with a longer base that provides a comfortable experience for an extended time.

That is definitely not a given for anal vibrators.

Why I Chose It

The Vector+ is a significant upgrade of the old Vector, who Robby Stiles tested for us.

He has “personally been through a lot of anal vibrators with multiple frustrations in my sexual life”, and finally found something that made him “climax from anal stimulation alone”.

ONe thing I will add is that it’s not really a good anal vibrator for beginners. It’s big and bulbous, and the design doesn’t allow for an easy, hands-free experience.

Why I Chose It

Isabelle, our tester and sex expert quite enjoyed using the Lelo Soraya Beads.

But mostly, I included it on the list, because it’s a very different, and interesting, type of anal vibrator.

Isabelle was impressed that she “could actually feel each bead vibrating sequentially“. That is because of the so-called BowMotion™ technology.

While it did “add something dynamic to the sensations” for Isabelle, it “didn’t simulate a thrusting motion” as it’s advertised to do.

While I like the idea behind the Bow-Motion™ technology, I’m aslo not surprised that it doesn’t actually successfully create a sensation of thrusting.

That being said, the gradual vibrations is novel and super interesting, while and, as an expert I’ve not seen anything similar in the world of anal vibrators.

In terms of the vibrations, Isabelle did note that they were “a little loud”, and she would have liked the vibrations to be “a bit more rumbly”. The buzzy vibrations are simply because the motors have to be so small to fit 4 different ones inside the relatively small beads
