Personal Experience

I was a little hesitant to use this serum at first, as it was my first time revisiting this type of products after a previous unpleasant experience. However, this Bijoux Indiscrets Sex au Naturel Clitoral Arousal serum was a completely different experience. It was gentle and effective from the first drop. The immediate effect was a warming feeling and slightly more intense sensations, and after the 10/15 minute mark, it settled into a more subtle effect. The effects didn’t seem to last as long as I expected, so I had to reapply a couple more drops every 10 minutes or so to keep the intensity. I actually preferred this, as I didn’t feel overwhelmed and overstimulated. I think, on average, I applied around 6 to 10 drops depending on how long the solo session went on for.

The serum is in a beautiful sleek glass bottle with a small precise pump. The quality of the product really matches the beauty of the packaging, with the soft pink colouring complimenting the gentle floral rose scent. This product feels very luxurious — every time you slide it out of the box and feel the cool glass in your hands, you know your dealing with a high-quality product.

Ease of Use

This Bijoux Indiscrets clitoral serum has a very effective and good-quality pump which dispenses the perfect amount of product each time. It has a very neat and leak-free pump that leaves minimal excess of product on and around the pump, which makes cleaning, using and storing the product very easy and fuss-free. The pump also doesn't have a twist-to-lock mechanism, which I prefer, as trying to faff with those types of pumps can be a pain when your hands are slippery. Plus, I find that the lid is safe and secure enough to not require the locking mechanism. The serum itself is quite thin and watery, which can very quickly run if you're applying to your fingers first. The only thing I will say could be an issue is the fact the bottle is quite slim, which could be a problem to people with grip strength issues. The small pump could also cause some problems, too.

Quality

This product feels very premium and high-quality. From the weighty feeling of the glass bottle to the mechanism of the pump and even the way the lid feels when you return it back onto the bottle, everything about the user experience feels high quality. You can tell a lot about the quality of these kinds of products by how the pump functions and how much unwanted mess it creates around the lid. I have found that pump dispenses the perfect amount of product and creates minimal to no residue on the lid — which, to me, speaks volumes about the quality.

Price

For the amount of product you are receiving (13ml), this clitoral serum is a little more on the expensive side. But, with the premium quality you are receiving with this product, if used sparingly and as a treat when you want some good self-care time, you will definitely get your money's worth for this. Look at it as you're investing in a spa day, but for your sexual needs.

Performance

I was so pleasantly surprised by this clitoral serum. The effects were noticeable and I felt them quickly, but was not overwhelmed by the onset. The sensation created by this product was gentle but very effective. The mixture of the warming and cooling effect meant that for me I wasn't too overwhelmed by the sensations, which was a concern for me before use. I did expect the peak effect to last a little longer without reapplication but I didn't mind the peak and valleys in the intensity. I think if there was no variation in the intensity of the sensation, I think I would have gotten too overstimulated.

Packaging

The product itself is sleek and travel-friendly. It is small and discreet enough to easily slip into your toiletry bag and the packaging is inconspicuous enough that it would not register to someone unknowing that it is a sexual enhancement product. The box it comes in is understated, to the point but very chic, telling you what the product is, how to use it, the ingredients, the warnings, and some other key information. There is also a little QR-code on the inside of the opening flap on the box which you can scan that leads you to a link. This link will show you some of Bijoux Indiscrets' other products and will gives you some slightly different insights about the product than what is on the box or the website. I did find that the information on the box alone was a little lacking and I would have liked a little more detail on the product. The website does tell you a little more about it, but it is still fairly vague.

Materials and care

The Bijoux Indiscrets serum is made up of high-quality, 95% natural ingredients. They used Vanillyl and Arginine to heighten sensitivity and create the warming effect, and Frescolat, Ginzeng and Vitamin C to increase microcirculation which, in turn, increases blood flow to the clitoris and creates a gentle cooling and tingling effect. Hyaluronic acid ensures all active ingredients penetrate deeply into the skin and will hydrate, nourish and lubricate. They also have a special, patented molecule called Themolat that is responsible for the more focused warming effect. All of these ingredients are beautifully blended into a fast absorbing, PH-matching formula. The formula is thin and runny in consistency, and is easily washed off the skin and out of fabric with warm soapy water. It's also compatible with all sex toy materials and condom types.
