My Verdict
If you're looking something that beats the vast array of cheap and cheerful collars out there I don't think you can do much better than this. It is a thick, multi-ringed, heavy duty leather collar that can meet all your collar needs. About The DOMINIX Deluxe Heavy Leather Collar
This is a deluxe leather collar. It is versatile and very comfortable, the padded leather collar has 3 D-ring loops to enable more varied restraints. It is adjustable from 11.5-18 inches in circumference and has a 10 hole buckle adjustment. The leather is black and of high quality and has a studded look for the finishing touch. This collar can be used with or without a lead depending on your needs at the time, though it's worth noting there is no lead included with this product.

Lead me on, I might like it 😉 With this Dominix Deluxe collar I definitely enjoyed being led, getting leashed with such a comfortable but heavy duty collar felt great! I’m a big fan of this collar, it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I’m soon to attend some Femdom events where collars on subs are mandatory, but my current collars seem a little cheap and tacky. I’m really happy that I found this one as it’s perfect. There are a lot of cheap collars out there so by having such a deluxe looking BDSM collar I’m hoping to impress, if all goes well I’ll attract some very wanted attention!Hot under the collar
Really enjoyed using this during play sessions. Definitely got a bit hot under the collar, but in a very good way. I blindfolded my play partner at the beginning of a play session and sneakily put the collar on without her knowing. About half way through the session I took the blindfold off her, she looked up at me and saw me mid-action wearing it. She really liked that! Watching me dom her whilst wearing the collar was apparently a massive turn on. That’s the great thing about leather, sub or dom it doesn’t matter, it’s great for adding some spicy dynamics to sex. I did get a little bit sweaty under the collar during that play session, but I was very okay with that, it’s given the phrase “hot under the collar” a whole new meaning!Design
Great design, simple and sexy! I like the metal stud detailing, gives a great bondage look to the collar! I was also impressed with the soft padding on the inside of the neck which gave the product a feeling of luxury. It has a very comfy feeling against my skin. And the 3 D-rings are great too, I love that I could be leashed, hooked up to 3 different rings at once.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use. If you have grip issues you may find the buckle a little tricky as new leather is always a little stiff. Otherwise it's easy to put on and off.
Quality
Incredibly good quality. Professional standard leather, secure stitching, comfortable padding and sturdy D-rings. I feel very confident in the strength and durability of this product.
Price
Leather is expensive, no avoiding that unfortunately. On top of that, this collar is at the high end of the spectrum so it is a bit pricey. There are loads of cheaper collars out there, but they look and feel cheap too. This collar is a Dominix Deluxe Collar, and you get what you pay for. So I would say if you're looking for a collar that is above and beyond the rest then you've found it!
Performance
This product definitely lived up to my expectations. I'm very much looking forward to wearing out to my next Femdom event, hopefully it'll attract the right kind of attention ;) The Leather is sturdy, the inside of the collar is very soft and comfortable, the D-rings are nice and strong, zero complaints!
Packaging
The collar came wrapped in clear plastic with a small product label. There were no instructions, nor any other packaging with this product.
Materials and care
This is made of leather and is a heavy duty collar. It is high quality and needs to be treated with the same respect you would any other leather product. My recommendation is to clean with a damp cloth/wet wipe and ensure the product is completely dry before storing away. There is no storage bag/box with this collar. As this falls into the category or leather fetish clothing I will most likely store this with my other leather gear in my wardrobe. I will hang it with the buckle undone to ensure the soft internal padding and the leather does not get damaged in what could at times be long term storage.
