My Verdict

Testing the Sportsheets Sincerely Bow Tie Collar and Leash
I thought the collar was going to be a bit too bulky for my liking, but it looks much better on. The whole collar feels comfortable and sturdy and well made. The leash also feels pretty strong and can take a little tugging. I really like that it’s a unisex design and would fit a lot of different looks. I loved how great it looked with my Master Series Naughty Kitty Cat Mask! This was my first BDSM collar and leash set, and I really enjoyed how much more submissive I felt with my partner in control of it. Having my partner fasten the collar around my neck and attach the chain, was also part of the fun. I would say it’s a great little accessory for power play and role play. The chain is quite long and heavy so it can get in the way a bit, but it’s super easy to clip on and off as you want to.

The Sincerely Bow Tie Collar and Leash is incredibly easy to use and would make a fantastic first collar and leash set. The collar can be a little stiff at first but it loosens up with use. I like that it has D-rings on either side so you can switch the side of leash instead of having to twist the collar around.

Considering the price, I think the Sincerely Bow Tie Collar and Leash is relatively good quality. The material is thick and everything is very well joined. Everything is well stitched together and the collar is lined with a soft, smooth layer and there are no bits that scratch or stick into the skin. The buckle is nice and sturdy and easy to do up. The leash also feels nice and strong and the clip has a swivel attachment so it doesn't get twisted up during play.
Is the price worth it?
While you can find collar and leash sets out there for less, this is still a very affordable set and I would say the price is well worth the quality! You want a collar to be comfy otherwise it's going to detract from the moment and the Sincerely Bow Tie Collar and Leash is very comfortable!

The collar looks great on and feels very comfortable to wear with or without the leash attached! The leash is quite long and heavy, so it can get in the way a bit when you are using it at close range, so we ended up taking off after a short while, but it was still fun! I was happy with how strong everything felt, and overall, it performed very well!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Sportsheets Sincerely Bow Tie Collar and Leash box! The design is very approachable and gender neutral. It definitely doesn't scream BDSM. The blue and white box has a picture of the set on the front and opens up like a book revealing the set that's presently nicely inside. I will say, the collar and leash was very well secured with small cable ties in the box, which looked nice in terms of presentation, but it would be difficult to get out if you have any issues with your hands and it uses a lot of plastic. I would prefer to see the chain weaved into wholes in the card, which would solve both issues.
