Although I’m not personally a fan of the vagina version of the Adriana Fleshlight, I was excited to test out the Adriana Chechik Anal Fleshlight with the Next Level Sleeve. Unfortunately, it’s not a sleeve that places at the top of my personal favorites. It definitely has some strong pros, but I also feel it lacks in terms of both intensity and overall tightness. What I did find absolutely fantastic is the amount of variety in the internal texture of the Next Level sleeve (it is literally nexty level). Additionally, the way the sleeve is made with big chambers creates an intense amount of suction. So much so I can keep the Fleshlight on my cock on its own if I close the bottom lid completely. Another thing I found is that the build up is much better, for reasons I can’t really pinpoint. At least compared to all my other anal Fleshlights. What I didn’t think would be the case is the level of realism. Typically I find that the less varied textured feels more realistic, than sleeves that look more like Adriana Chechiks Anal Fleshlight sleeve does. I don’t find I have to use as much lube as on some of my other very tight anal Fleshlights. Actually I find that too much lube ruins it for me when using the sleeve. The suction becomes less intense, and the different textures much moire indistinguishable from each other.

Design

On of the main things that makes the look of Adriana's Ass Fleshlight so much different is the fact that it gapes quite a lot. even more than the Riley Reid anal one, which I found to be the most gaping one. On top of that the surface of the mold is almost flat, where all the other anal Fleshlights I own has much more pronounced but cheeks. It's absolutely perfect for going balls deep into thrusting. However, it does make it look at bit more unrealistic, as you don't sense and can't really imagine the butt in full. Also, I've been raving about this a lot, but I don't really get why it's important to get a small piece of the perineum molded onto it as well. I get part of it is realism, but is it really necessary? It doesn't really add any value, and when it is so apparent as on the Adriana Chechik Ass mold it is just taking away focus. Overall, I gave it a 85/100 on the looks of it, listed as 'Design' in the rating-card. This is partly due to the fact that the tendrils are not as pronounced as they seem on images online.

Ease of Use

For the texture, rated as 'Ease of Use' in the rating-card I gave it a above medium score of 80/100. Some things are absolutely amazing, while it is lacking in general texture intensity. Mostly the level of variety in the texture and amount of suction that it creates is a massive plus, but doesn't really count all that much towards the level of intensity. And hence, my rating of it. Initially I have to admit I tried it a couple of times and didn't think the Next Level sleeve would be one I'd be coming back to time and time again, but as I started using less lube I was amazed at how great it worked. Right when you enter it has a round chamber perfectly fitted for your penis head. This is very closely followed by a great beaded ring section that gave a ratatat feeling when I thrust back and forth over it (using pretty shallow strokes). This is followed by another round chamber, which is a bit more boring than the first, but then there is another section with rings (3 in a row). Reaching this final spiraling section is the absolute best part of the sleeve!

Quality

The last rating I gave is on the tightness of the sleeve, and it was one I measured objectively. Instead of trying to subjectively evaluate all my Fleshlights in terms of tightness I decided to try and measure it, and I feel it was a massive success. I simply plugged the bottom of the Next Level sleeve with a small cap, and put the sleeve back in the plastic casing. I then placed that on a kitchen scale and reset it. This was I could fill the entire canal with water and measure how much water fitted inside. This in turn gave me an exact measure for how much space is inside the sleeve in total - so that a higher weight of water meant a looser sleeve. When I measured the Next Level sleeve I managed to fill in 2.0 ounces of water, which gave a rating of 76/100 with the following formula I used to inverse the score and re-scale it from 1-100: 100 - (20 x 2.0) + (20 x 0.8) = 76

Price

The Adriana Chechik anal Fleshlight is prices around $60-70, which I think everything considered is a pretty fair price range. I get that it sounds steep for something that doesn't vibrate, thrusts or anything like that. But, part of the price is due to licensing fees paid to Adriana. So if you're concerned about the price, and don't care that much for getting exactly Adriana's butt mold, I'd go for one of the other on a discount, or a Kiiroo.

Performance

The best thing for me is how great the Next Level sleeve performed when used with less lube than I normally use for all my other Fleshlights. It has an insane level of vacuum - so much that it can stick to my penis hands free. When I'm using less lube I also feel all the variety of the texture much more than when I apply to much. I also feel it performed best when I thrust forward and go ball deep, rather than when I stroke back and fort quickly.

Packaging

The packaging is a thin cardboard box, with a transparent film on one side that let's you see the plastic casing inside that is holding the Next Level sleeve. On the front you see Adriana Chechik standing with her ass facing you. Unfortunately, she is holding her ass Fleshlight just in the height where her name is also placed with a white opaque banner. So, you can slightly make out the anal mold on the packaging, but not fully which is a bit of a shame.
