Before we dive into this review, I have a small disclaimer: I am not a gay man. Although this is a male sex doll with a dildo attachment, it’s primarily targeted toward gay users, and has two penetrable orifices that I was not able to physically test out. Design

Drake's design is one of the best I've seen, and I've seen quite a few sex dolls in my time. I imagine that it's because it's based on a real guy, but the proportions and the details are so impressively lifelike. There are pores on his face, light freckles across his skin and the hands and feet are so, so detailed. The only thing that doesn't feel so realistic, however, is the penis attachment, but that's more a matter of taste!

Ease of Use

The weight of this doll is really its biggest issue. Silicone does make sex dolls more realistic-looking, but it also makes them heavier and stiffer, which is definitely what I encountered with Drake. Trying to get him sat on a chair or bent over was super difficult and required lots of pushing and pulling as well as huffing and puffing! The other issue I found was, as I mentioned earlier, attaching the dildo. I reached out to Irontech to see if they could provide any assistance with it, but have not yet heard back.

Quality

This is an extremely high quality sex doll. It's made from durable silicone and is meticulously crafted. The implanted hair is a nice touch and does look great, but also sheds quite a bit, which I've also noticed in other dolls with implanted hair. According to the Irontech website, alongside the doll you should also receive a bathrobe, necklaces and a pair of shorts. I didn't get a robe or necklaces, but he did come with a tank top, shorts and a stretchy body stocking (which I was a little surprised by!).

Price

At $3,000, Drake is certainly not cheap! It's a couple hundred dollars more expensive than some of Irontech's other silicone sex dolls, but still cheaper than their other male porn star replica Cliff Jensen. It's also more expensive than most other TPE sex dolls, which is to be expected, given that silicone is a higher quality and more durable material than TPE. I would say that this doll is for the sex doll connoisseur — someone who is looking for a top-of-the-line, premium doll that delivers.

Performance

There were a few features that I wasn't able to use, like the butt and the mouth orifices. However, I did stick a finger in (for science), and I would say that the anal entrance is one of the tightest I've ever encountered in a sex doll or a Fleshlight, and the texture is pretty intense. The mouth, on the other hand, is very soft and squishy, with minimal ribbing on the inside.

Packaging

Drake came in a very large cardboard box with styrofoam packaging. Inside, he was wrapped in a sleeping bag along with all his accessories and the two heads. There was no additional storage bag with handles, which could make transporting him a bit more difficult, but the packaging was still nicer and done with more care than other sex doll packaging I've seen.

Materials and care

The Irontech Drake Von doll came with a standard set of cleaning accessories, including a douching bottle and drying sticks. There was also a USB heating stick and a hairbrush included, along with a set of clothes. The instructions for use and cleaning are explaining in the included user manual. After use, you need to flush out the used orifices with warm water and a mild soap using the douche. Then, the drying stick should be inserted to absorb the remaining moisture. The canals need to be completely dry before putting the doll away for storage in its factory position (in the box).

Special feature

If you choose to attach Drake’s TPE head, then you’ll also have an extra orifice to play with! The TPE head features a penetrable mouth orifice with a textured internal canal similar to a Fleshlight. Unlike other BJ heads I’ve seen, this one doesn’t have teeth, a tongue or any other ‘realistic’ mouth parts, just a bumpy canal that’s around 5 inches long. Of course, this does sacrifice some realism, but is likely to feel a little nicer than those with teeth!
