Lovense Lush 2 Review

Personal Experience

Design

The Lovense Lush 2 has an insertable egg that has a slightly angled shape that's meant to rest against your g-spot, so you get the vibrations exactly where you need them. I find I can get it in the right spot but it doesn't necessarily stay there when I move around, but the vibrations still feel fantastic regardless. The long, thin tail is completely flexible, with a single button on the end. It molds the shape of your body and sits pretty nicely between your labia, resting on your clitoris. The vibrations carry down the tail, meaning you can get some clit stimulation, but only when you press the tail against your clitoris. The color is pretty shocking pink, which I don't actually mind but it could be nice to have more color options.

Ease of Use

The Lovense Lush 2 is very easy to use. The egg is easy to insert when used with a good amount of water-based lube, and I find it stays put pretty well, even when walking around with it. I would recommend wearing tight-fitting/ more supportive underwear for peace of mind when you are out and about, and this also keeps the tail tucked comfortably where you want it. I was very impressed by how easy it was to get the Lovense Lush 2 connected to the app and use all of the different features. It was also super easy to get the long-distance control working, and the app itself is very intuitive to use.

Quality

The device itself feels pretty good quality. The silicone is lovely and soft and feels very comfortable when inserted. My only big complaint is the charging hole being on the insertable part of the toy, making it a little difficult to clean. Luckily this isn't an issue with the Lovense Lush 3, as they have replaced the pin with a magnetic charger on the tail section. So if you have the extra money to spend, I would definitely recommend going for the Lush 3.

Price

I would say the Lovense Lush 2 is great value for money, considering the quality of the device and the app-based functions and connectivity. It is a really great buy if you are in a long distance relationship. I was, however, a little disappointed there wasn't a storage bag included.

Performance

So far, so good! The Lovense Lush 2 has performed well, no signs of getting hot during use, and it's quiet enough to be worn out in public. It can sound a little loud at first, but once you are wearing it, that reduces to a low buzz that would easily be drowned out by background noise. The battery has lasted well so far. There have been no issues with charging, and the battery indicator in the app is fantastic.

Packaging

The packaging of the Lovense Lush 3 doesn't do that much for me, but it's fine in terms of quality — the box is sturdy and everything is well presented. The design of the packaging reminds me more of a pair of headphones than a pleasure device. I personally prefer something that feels a little more luxurious and sensual, but it's what on the inside that counts!

Materials and care

The Lovense Lush 2 is completely covered in lovely soft silicone, and it's waterproof, making it easy to care for. To clean it, you can use a fragrance-free soap and some water or a sex toy cleaner. As I mentioned earlier, the only problem I have with the Lovense Lush 2 is the location of the cleaning hole, which is on the insertable part of the toy, making it tricky to clean. The Lovense Lush 3 has solved this issue with the addition of magnetic charging plates, so you don't need to worry about anything getting stuck in the hole.

Special feature

The Lovense Lush 2 has a whole range of app-enabled features that are a lot of fun to play with. First up is the long-distance control. You can hand over the controls to your partner, no matter where they are, and it’s as easy as sending them a link. If your partner also has a Lovense product, you can sync your devices so you can control both of them at the same time, enhancing the intimacy and connection of sexting or cam sex. The app also enables you to create and share different vibration patterns, use your touch screen to control the vibrations, sync to music or sounds, and even use your Lovense Lush 2 as an alarm clock. Short of making you a coffee after you’re done, I don’t know what else you could want!
