Personal Experience
First Impressions
My first impression of the Lovense Osci 2 was how pretty the pink color was! The neon is very eye catching and lovely! The silicone skin is very soft to the touch, which I also liked. The Lovense Osci 2 also comes with a storage bag, which was very exciting! I did notice a strong smell when I opened up the box, but it did go away after a couple washes with antibacterial soap.Personal Experience
So, I’m not gonna lie to you guys, I got a little bit confused with this one! The Lovense Osci 2 is a little bit more technical than other simpler toys I’ve used. Make sure to read the manual better than I did the first time around! The first thing you’ll want to do, though, is charge your Lovense Osci 2. It takes 105 minutes to fully charge, plenty of time to study up the manual and install your app! Once it was fully charged (and finally figuring it out), I washed it and gave it a try! The Lovense Osci 2 needed lubricant, so I used my favorite water-based lube. I found the buttons a bit difficult to use while the Lovense Osci 2 was inserted at first, but practice does make perfect! To turn it on, you hold the button closest to the edge, and you can cycle through the different settings. I need clitoral stimulation, so I did get some help from another toy as well, but the combo? Wow! Being able to sift through the settings, and building up with the speed was great! I definitely recommend using your favorite water-based lubricant with the Lovense Osci 2, it’s needed to make the glide in easier! The Lovense Osci 2 uses oscillating vibration instead of the regular vibration, which does feel different. Rather than the “buzzing” vibrations you get from other toys, this one uses more of a deep vibration with the oscillating ball in the tip, resulting in a deeper tissue massage. Because of this, I was able to feel it more deeply in the tissue, compared to how it would usually start as a “tickle” sensation on the surface of the skin.Design
The Lovense Osci 2 looks and feels very good! The silicone skin is smooth and soft feeling. The inner core feels sturdy and holds up, and the mechanicals are decently quiet. The design, for me personally, could be a little better with the button positioning, but that could also be just me and my inexperience with fancier toys.
Ease of Use
The Lovense Osci 2 might take a few trys to learn to use, but gets easier with multiple uses! The buttons were a little bit of a learning curve for me at first. Connecting to the app was pretty easy, and the app allows you to create and save vibration patterns to use solo, or with a partner! That part I couldn't quite get down yet, but I'll keep working on it!
Quality
The Lovense Osci 2 is lovely quality! The silicone is very smooth and soft, and everything feels sturdy. The mechanics feel smooth, and don't make any unpleasant noises. It's a little bit noisy, but it's not very loud. You may not be able to use it discreetly if you're in the same room with someone.
Price
Priced at $99 on the Lovense website, the Lovense Osci 2 is a little bit of an expensive buy for me! The Lovense Osci 2 comes with the charging cord, app access, a storage bag, and the instruction booklet. It's not a lot, but for the quality and technological toy you're getting, I'd say it's definitely worth the buy!
Performance
The Lovense website advertised strong vibrations. The Lovense Osci 2 did deliver! A few settings were a little bit too much for me, but it wasn't painful. Please make sure you are thoroughly aroused before using the Lovense Osci 2, or you may not get the full potential of the vibration and movement of the rotating ball. The recharge takes 105 minutes for a full charge, about average charging time for the toys I have reviewed. The Lovense Osci 2 has a decent battery life, up to 300 minutes of use, and 120 hours of standby time.
Packaging
The packaging of the Lovense Osci 2 really took care in making sure the toy was protected. The box comes packed with a snug foam casing inside that cradles the toy and the charger. The box itself is simple, with a picture of the Lovense Osci 2 itself, and the words. It doesn't really give you any ideas on the box about how you can use the toy, but you can consult your instruction booklet for cleaning instructions!
Materials and care
The Lovense Osci 2 is made with a body-safe silicone skin surrounding its inner mechanics. It does seem like a high quality silicone. The toy is waterproof, so great for shower usage and thorough washing! Caring for your Lovense Osci 2 is as easy as washing it with warm water, and your favorite antibacterial soap! Let air dry, and then store in the provided storage bag.
