My Verdict
If you have any form of ED, you know how frustrating sex can be. The MYHIXEL Rings were designed to help with just that. The ergonomic shape helps to keep things comfortable while keeping things hard by applying pressure to certain pressure point on your penis. It comes in 3 different "intensities", Light, Firm and Intense. Each one is designed to have a certain amount of "flex" to help with varying degrees of ED. These are definitely not your typical cock rings, and the price shows that, but if you suffer from ED, it is a small prices to pay.

Personal Experience
While I don’t specifically suffer from ED, I have some experience with other sexual health devices so I thought I would give these a try. I’m also a big fan of cock rings. I like the separation they give as well as the tightness and restriction. So when I saw the MYHIXEL Rings I knew I wanted to give them a try. There really isn’t much to these. They are weirdly shaped silicone cock rings with a stiff, rigid side. Definitely different. The MYHIXEL Rings were designed to only go around the shaft to the base of the penis. This is to allow for the restriction in blood flow and access to pressure points to give you a solid, longer lasting erection.
Using the MYHIXEL Rings
Having just received the rings we decided to start with the most flexible ring first, “Light”. Installing the rings around the shaft is a little different in that you can’t just stretch the entire ring and slide it into position. MYHIXEL suggests getting semi or fully hard, applying lubrication to the shaft and ring and then sliding the ring to the base of the penis. This definitely worked the best as just sliding the dry silicone down my shaft caught every single hair I had on there. Not fun. But once everything is in place you are ready for action. It honestly feels natural and the u-shaped bottom portion both feels snug but comfortable allow full access to your urethra. The pressure on top definitely felt different but wasn’t uncomfortable in any way. During intercourse, my wife had no issues and really didn’t notice the rings at all. Over the course of our testing period I bounced around between the different “intensities” but honestly settled on the “intense” one as I enjoyed the feeling and honestly felt it made my penis harder. I can definitely see where the different strengths will help many who suffer from ED keep a longer lasting erection. Overall, the MYHIXEL Rings will make a worthy addition to my cock ring collection.Design
The design of the MYHIXEL Rings are....different....for cock rings. They are not your typical round stretchy silicone cock rings. That being said, they were specifically designed to help combat ED so that explains why. The silicone used it soft and and feels smooth with the lowest intensity allowing for a 5in circumference member and providing relief for mild ED. For more severe cases of ED they MYHIXEL suggests increasing the intensity of the ring to help with holding your erection. Obviously, the results here will vary with every "member" and situation but if you have a need for them, the MYHIXEL Rings are a great option.
Ease of Use
Well, the MYHIXEL Rings are just that, cock rings. So there isn't much in terms of "complicated" installations. Due to the inflexibility of the ring it's suggested to use lube for installation but that's really it.
Quality
All of the MYHIXEL products are some of the highest quality sexual health devices on the market and the MYHIXEL Rings are no different. From the premium silicone to the packing material and box, all aspects of the MYHIXEL Rings scream high end. Now, with the high end feel comes a higher end price but these are no ordinary sexual health devices. They are clinically test medical device that can also "double" as sex toys and accessories.
Price
AS stated above, the MYHIXEL Rings are definitely on the higher end of the price spectrum and a lot of that is due to the medical nature of the product. With more testing comes more cost, and from what I can tell, MYHIXEL has done a lot of testing. Now that isn't a bad thing but if you are just looking for a basic cock ring for your weekly romp in the sheets, this probably isn't your product. But.....if you have a real need for this type of product, it's a small price to pay for a great product.
Performance
The MYHIXEL Rings were very similar to the other MYHIXEL products, which is to say, its top notch. The materials are premium and the difference between the rings is noticeable. Now, this will vary by person and cock size, so please keep that in mind. It is also small enough that my partner didn't even notice it when it was on. And due to the rings, stiff bottom section, my erection did last noticeably longer, even after completion. I don't think you would be disappointed in the performance if you purchased them. Especially if you suffer from ED.
Packaging
Again, MYHIXEL does a great job with premium packaging. This was a special 3 pack with included all 3 intensities of the ring. So the package was a combined slip cover for all 3 MYHIXEL Rings that were then packaged in their individual boxes. The boxes were made of stiff carboard and had magnetic closures. Inside you have the Ring, travel bad and instruction. The interior of the box was also made of a soft touch material which adds to the premium feel. Overall, I don't think they could have handled the packaging much better.
Materials and care
The MYHIXEL Rings are made with a high quality, medical-grade, body safe silicone. They never specify what the interior "stiff" material is. Like with most sex toys, water based lubricant is best as silicone based could degrade the rings. After use, use warm, soapy water to clean and let air dry. The added storage bag is great for when traveling or just general storage when dry.
