My Verdict
In my opinion, the Nexus Revo Stealth is the automatic prostate stimulator to buy if you only want to buy one. The rotational stimulation is out of this world and the vibrations are a nice compliment if you like that sort of thing. Until now, I thought the "Come Hither" motion was the way to go if you didn't want to do the work yourself but my mind is changed. Nexus has nailed prostate stimulation with this rotational motion!

Personal Experience
I have heard a lot of good things about Nexus’ Revo line of prostate stimulators so I was very excited to try the Nexus Revo Stealth. Opening the box, I noticed all of the high quality features you’d expect in a toy that clocks in at $225, plus some extras. The silicone exudes high-quality and the remote looks well made and feels solid. I had to fiddle with the charger a bit to get it to stay in place but nothing too bad.
First Use
Once the Revo Stealth had a chance to charge, I couldn’t wait to give it a try. Once I figured out the buttons and how to turn it on, I applied some water-based lube, set the toy in place and hit go on the rotation button on the remote. Holy Mackerel! Right away the stimulation was amazing. I was on the slow setting and this thing was hitting the right spot. I was easily able to relax right into the massage and enjoy pleasure I’ve not felt from a mechanical prostate massager. The rotating stimulation is similar to what my wife is able to achieve when she massages me manually and it’s amazing! I cycled through the speeds and found that a good warmup on slow is a great way to start but I really enjoy the higher speed. This setting, without vibration just seems to build pleasure endlessly to ecstasy.Vibrations
After a bit, I cycled through the vibration patterns and found a couple that I really like. These do, however tend to take away from the pure massage of the rotation and, for me, should be used sparingly. There are some great patterns and intensities in the vibrations the Nexus Revo Stealth delivers, but I really do just prefer the massage without vibration.Use With My Wife
I was super excited to bring this into bed with my wife and it did not disappoint. The Nexus Revo Stealth is an incredible addition to foreplay and this is where the toy really shines. We went through our usual foreplay routine and the Revo Stealth kept building the intensity. I would highly recommend trying the Revo Stealth while your significant other gives you a sensual massage; the combination of relaxation, stimulation, and touch will drive you wild.Use During Sex
This is the only area where the Nexus Revo Stealth doesn’t shine. It’s not the toy’s fault, it’s just the mechanics of keeping the toy in while you thrust. The only positions that worked were cowgirl and, to a lesser degree, spooning. The large base of the toy is not conducive to keeping the toy in place during thrusting. If your lady’s into cowgirl, though, just lay back, relax and enjoy the ride!Training or Rewiring
I am not sure whether or not previous experience with what’s called rewiring made a difference for me or not. Rewiring is the process of recognizing the pleasure that comes from the prostate after the obvious experience of penile stimulation and pushing old patterns away in order to enjoy prostate pleasure. If the Nexus Revo Stealth doesn’t immediately work for you, you may want to spend a little time training your brain for prostate stimulation and recognize that it can take a bit of time. I am sure, though, that the Revo Stealth will get you on your way to an amazing experience if you are patient with yourself. Try it without vibration, at first. This should allow you to focus on the prostate and away from the rest.Design
The design of the Nexus Revo Stealth leaves little to be desired. The materials are top of the line, and the stimulation is well thought out and executed. The rotating head hits exactly the right spot and the rotating motion gives amazing stimulation to the prostate. My only gripe with the design of the toy is that the charger magnets are a bit weak so you must ensure that the toy is supported in a way that keeps the charger connected.
Ease of Use
The Nexus Revo Stealth is very easy to use. It may be slightly large for an absolute beginner but anyone with any prostate stimulation experience should be able to manage it. Learning what muscles to flex to get the stimulation you desire is pretty straightforward but for me, the Revo Stealth just hits the spot with little effort.
Quality
The quality of the Nexus Revo Stealth is superb. The materials are sleek and comfortable, the motors for rotation and vibration are strong and feel solid. Other "Come Hither" toys have bogged down on me in the past but as I ask the Revo Stealth for more stimulation, it delivers.
Price
The Nexus Revo Stealth is not an inexpensive toy. You do, however, get what you pay for. The rechargeable batteries in both the toy and the remote are well worth the premium and the amount of pleasure this toy brings is priceless. I believe the Revo Stealth will be a toy that lasts a long time and will leave little to be desired.
Performance
Wow, the performance! I have used some of those "Come Hither" toys which have seemed to be the gold standard in mechanical prostate stimulation beyond vibration. The rotating head is a much more effective way to stimulate the prostate and immediately sends me over the moon. The vibrations are nice and can be anywhere from off, to subtle, to powerful. I, however, prefer the vibrations to be off and just use the rotation.
Packaging
The packaging for the Nexus Revo Stealth is solid and elegant. It keeps the toy and the remote in place during shipping and the box is shrink-wrapped from the factory which, for me, adds a feeling of security.
Materials and care
The Nexus Revo Stealth is a waterproof silicone toy which makes cleanup a breeze. Use a water-based lube to get the toy in place then warm, soapy water to wash it off. I enjoy bringing the Revo Stealth into the shower and bath and the fact that both the toy and the remote are waterproof is a huge bonus. The biggest things to avoid with the Nexus Revo Stealth or any silicone toy is oil-based and silicone lubes. These will break down the silicone and ruin the toy.
Special feature
What I would consider a special feature of the Nexus Revo Stealth is the waterproof remote. I like to use these toys in the shower and bath but usually the remote is not waterproof. This isn’t a big deal if all of the controls on the toy do everything but that’s just not the case a lot of times. While the Nexus Revo Stealth does have all of it’s available settings build into the onboard buttons, the remote is much more convenient to use especially when relaxing in the bath or during a massage.
